Alterations and Changes Purchaser is responsible for making final selections where allowances are provided. Any material selection cost increases associated with alterations or changes to physical construction will only be deemed valid through a properly executed change order. The increased cost difference is to be paid for by the purchaser to the contractor at the time of accepting the change order. Such changes may delay the completion schedule of residence.
