SPECTATOR TIPSReview these tips to help make the most of your experience:

• Observe the new security policy and leave backpacks and purses at home. (See details below.)• Wear low-heeled sport shoes.• Wear a hat and use sunscreen and mosquito repellent. • Drink plenty of water. • Observe silence throughout each shot. Do not move until all contestants in each group have completed their shots.• Kneel or sit if spectators are behind you.• Give players plenty of room from tee to green. Do not interrupt them for any reason during their rounds.• Be aware of weather alerts on the scoreboards (see Weather Information for details).• Leave valuables in your car. Keep your car locked at all times.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

NO PURSES. NO BAGS.PGA TOUR Purse/Bag Policy In an effort to enhance public safety, the PGA TOUR will continue its normal security policies but expand screenings for all patrons, sponsors, volunteers, media and vendors attending or working the AT&T Byron Nelson. All items are subject to search. You will be asked to return all unauthorized items to your car before you are allowed to board shuttles or enter the tournament grounds.

• No purses or backpacks larger than 6” x 6“ x 6” will be allowed• No clear bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12” will be allowed• No knives, firearms or weapons of any nature• No coolers• No cameras (Thurs. – Sun.)• No briefcases or camera bags• No “chair bags” allowed. Collapsible chairs are allowed, but bags must stay in the car.

Mobility-Impaired Spectators — A limited number of scooters are provided on a first-come, first-served basis to individuals with disabilities. They are located at the Champions Way entrance. Mobility-impaired seating is located at No.18 Green. Mobility-impaired restrooms are available at each public restroom location. Pairings — Complimentary daily pairings and starting times are available at all entry gates and at specially marked boxes around the grounds. Visit attbyronnelson.org for up-to-date pairings information. Parking & Shuttles — Free parking is located 10 minutes from the course at the intersection of Highway SH 114 and Loop 12 (3400 N. Walton Walker Blvd., Irving, TX, 75062). Follow signs to the public parking lot. Shuttle service to and from Championship grounds is included. Buses run continuously Wednesday–Sunday: There is no shuttle service Monday–Tuesday. Spectators are encouraged to park at Byron Nelson Way (Lot 1) on those days.Shuttle hours: Wednesday–Thursday: 6:30 a.m.–90 minutes after play Friday–Saturday: 6:30 a.m.–10 p.m. Sunday: 6:30 a.m.–2 hours after conclusion of play Restrooms — Available throughout the grounds. Check the pairings and the locator boards for exact locations. Mobility- impaired restrooms are available at each location. Security Checkpoints — We urge you to leave prohibited items in your car. Prohibited items brought to the Championship must be left at the security checkpoint at each entrance. You may pick up your checked items at the security checkpoint as you leave for the day. When a security checkpoint closes, all items will be taken to Will Call. Student/Child Admission — Ages 17 and younger receive free admission when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Water — Bottled water is sold at all concession stands. Water is also available at all First Aid locations. Weather Information — Observe the scoreboards for the “WEATHER WARNING” sign that will appear when the PGA TOUR becomes aware of inclement weather moving into the area. When this sign appears, please take precautions and seek shelter immediately, prior to play being suspended. For your safety, avoid the following: bleachers, hilltops/high places, open fields, bodies of water, metal and wire fences, golf carts, tall trees, isolated trees or telephone poles. Will Call/Lost & Found — Will Call & Lost and Found are located at the Champions Way entrance and open at 7 a.m. daily. Tickets may be picked up or left any time during the Championship. A photo ID is required to pick up any items left at Will Call.

Accommodations — For information regarding hotels, restaurants and things to see in Irving, please call the Irving Convention & Visitors Bureau at (800) 2-IRVING or visit irvingtexas.com. AT&T Digital Clubhouse — Fans are invited to stop by the AT&T Digital Clubhouse between the No. 1 green and No. 18 tee to charge their devices, demo the latest AT&T products and services, take the “It Can Wait” pledge, and interact with AT&T’s digital wall featuring a mix of golf and social content. Autograph Policy — Autographs are not allowed during Championship play. After the conclusion of play, golfers may sign autographs at their option. The Autograph Zone is located outside the scoring area, near the first tee. Automated Teller Machines — ATMs are located in the Pavilion and the main entrance near Will Call. Cameras — Cameras are NOT permitted Thursday through Sunday. First Aid — Spectators may ask any blue pant or red pant volunteer for assistance or visit a First Aid station, located on Champions Way, No.10 and No. 16. Gate Schedule — Championship grounds open each day at 7 a.m. and close approximately 90 minutes following the conclusion of play. The Pavilion is open Wednesday–Sunday with extended hours Friday and Saturday until 9:30 p.m.

KidsZone presented by Baylor Emergency Medical Centers — A dynamic, interactive area located near Champions Way features free youth and family-friendly activities.

Merchandise Check Stands — For your convenience, merchandise check stands are located at the merchandise tent. When a merchandise check stand closes, all checked items will be taken to Championship headquarters.

Merchandise Sales — Official Championship merchandise can be purchased Tuesday–Sunday. Located across from the Pavilion on Champions Way. Use your MasterCard card and receive 10% off.

Military Admission — Active, reserved and retired military personnel are entitled to two tickets per day. To take advantage, please register at attbyronnelson.org.

Mobile Device Policy — Device must be on silent at all times. Calls may be placed or answered only in designated “Cell Phone Zones.” Devices may not be used to capture audio/video at any time during tournament week. During official competition rounds, photography is prohibited within any areas of competition (i.e. teeing grounds, tee shot landing areas and on/around putting greens) or when requested by tournament staff, security, players, or player representatives. Photography in non-competition areas is permitted.
