These designs were used by the student organization MSU Spectrum at Mississippi State University to promote events and the organization itself. The original logo is not my design, but the addition of the rainbow behind it is my idea. The maroon cut outs are a replication of a design pitched to the organization. They were not used. It’s Spring... Lets Eat!

MSU Spectrum will host a cook-off at its spring social on April 2nd. There will be two categories: sweet and savory. It will be free to enter the contest; any student interested will need to take the Food Safety test online (http://www.health.msstate.edu/food/index.php) and submit a list of ingredients for display. Any student attending the social can try one category’s entries for $3 and both for $5, and then they will vote on their favorite dish. The top dish in each category will receive a prize. Light snacks will be available to anyone in attendance, whether they are judging the cook-off or not.
