WOMENS DAY SPEECHNot only this particular day in a year but each day is of women and each day starts with a woman. Indeed woman is a great source of power that interacts and unites the whole society and family with her love, affection, humanity and courage.She stressed that womans movement does not mean infinite freedom but it is about the protection of womens rights and dignified position in the society.expressed solidarity with all the women who are struggling for their pride honour and justice and said that actually womens rights are human rights. Therefore, men and women should work unitedly to find the solution.It is the society which has adopted the culture that degrades women and limits her from her rights. It is a woman who gave you birth, and it will be a woman who will look after you most of the time in your life, be it our mother, our sisters, our wife or our daughters.I concluded by saying Where women are respected and honoured, there God will reside.She mentioned how young women are to be encouraged in taking up engineering as a career, how womens perspectives over a particular subject differ over mens, how backward and under-privileged women have to be encouraged and supported to excel in their lives. She added further that women have waited for centuries so that men could create things but now it is time for women to make their way in the male dominated society.Anyways, my best wishes to all the people who have made an effort to start this WOMENS DAY PROGRAM.
