RANDOMISED CONTROLLED TRIAL
You will all take part in this study You should have received instructions through IVLE Please complete questionnaire ASAP You will then be allocated at random to intervention and
control groups Trial lasts for 8 weeks Second questionnaire after 8 weeks + quiz Will be discussing data from the trial in the last session Counts 10% towards final mark
