SPML Infra Ltd has recently bagged a project worth Rs. 457.2 crore in Rajasthan. The company will work on the construction of civil, hydro-mechanical and electrical works of the Kalisindh Gravity dam in Jhala-war district.

SPML Infra Ltd will work on this project along with Om Metals Infra Projects Ltd; works on this project will begin within 10 days. The entire work is expected to be complete within 24 months. On completion the project will cater to the water requirements of the 1,200 MW thermal power plant that will be set up at Jhalawar by Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RRVUNL).

Subhash Projects & Marketing Ltd has informed the market that the Company has received LOI dated April 30, 2010 and the order was from Office of the Executive Engineer S&I (WR) Division, Jhalawar, Rajasthan , the value of the order was Rs. 457.21 Crs. (Four Hundred Fifty Seven Crores and Twenty One Lacs only), the order was got in association with MoU Partner Om Metals Infra Projects Ltd., and the order is for Constrution of Civil, Hydro-Mechanical & Electrical Works of Kalisindh Gravity Dam under Single Point responsibility Turneky job basis.

Infrastructure firm Subhash Projects and Marketing Ltd today said it has bagged a contract worth Rs 457.21 crore in partnership with Om Metals Infra Projects Ltd from the Government of Rajasthan.

The contract involves construction of civil, hydro-mechanical and electrical works of Kalisindh Gravity Dam under single point responsibility turneky job basis, a company statement said.
