Note from President StallmanIncreasing consumers’ understanding of and trust in today’s diverse food system is an important priority for the American Farm Bureau Federation and American Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture. One way in which we’re achieving that goal is by increasing our level of engagement with consumers, many of whom have questions about the food they eat and how it is produced.

Our farmer members take pride in feeding, fueling and clothing the world. Studies show that farmers and ranchers—our members—continue to be seen as trusted spokespersons in today’s consumer-driven marketplace. We’re building on that trust—equipping our members with tools and training to help them effectively engage with consumers, both in-person and online through social media.

But we need your help and hope that you’ll consider sponsoring one or more Farm Bureau programs in the coming year. Your support will enhance the mission of our more than 6 million Farm Bureau families.

Through sponsorship of Farm Bureau programs, you will reach key decision-makers throughout agriculture and rural America. Their influence extends from the countryside to Capitol Hill. To learn more about partnering with Farm Bureau through sponsorship opportunities, contact Dan Durheim, executive director of the Foundation, at 202-406-3632 or [email protected].

Thank you for your support.

Sincerely,

Bob StallmanPresident
