I want to thank you for looking at our silent auction cata-

log. We hope you will find something that interest you

and bid to help raise funds for the American Diabetes As-

sociation and JDRF the Diabetes Research Foundation.

You may get a bidder number in advance of the event by

emailing: mmsackett@txwes.edu , and providing your

name, address, telephone number, email address and how

you intend to pay. We accept Cash, Check, Money Order/

Cashier’s Check and Credit Cards.

You may also place a bid prior to the event by emailing me

your bidder number and your top bid. You will be placed

on the bidding sheet day of increasing up to your top bid

by our auction staff.

You may also purchase any item at 120% of catalog stated

value (per IRS rules) up to 12 hours prior to event start.

All autographed items come with a certificate of authentic-

ity. All trips have specifications that must be adhered to,

but most have few if any restrictions on travel dates. If you

have questions about a specific item or trip, please contact

us and we will be happy to provide you a compete descrip-

tion.

All descriptions are accurate at time of printing. Please see

actual item on day of auction for exact specifications.

As you know this museum is not open to the

public. The only way you can view these beau-

tiful automobiles is through a charity event

or though a silent auction donation purchase.

Day of Event, the auction will open at 12:15PM and

close at 3:30PM. Winning Bids will be announced at

4:00PM

Once bidding sheets are removed by auction staff, no

more bids will be accepted. If wining bidder does not

pay within 24 hours, 2nd top bidder will be contacted to

purchase at their bid.

Auction Items are sold “as is” and there are no refunds.

Please remember the proceeds from this auction are

evenly split between ADA and JDRF. Please give gener-

ously.
