BACKGROUND

Since 33 years ago, had a lot of people who took study in DTK FTUI. From 1981 which is

still called Gas Engineering UI, which turned into a 1984 Gas and Petrochemical

Engineering UI, until now that turns into Department of Chemical Engineering UI is

certainly a meaningfull moment. Many various activities on campus, in class, on campus

committees and organizations, has given a very valuable experience. In class at that time

there was an atmosphere filled with excitement, joy, joy, romantic, occasionally there may

also sad mood, concerned, upset, and even emotions as there are one or two friends who

are in conflict due to the very sharp differences of opinion. But let all the memories there

while in college became a story for generations beyond.

Dies Natalis means that the anniversary of the establishment of an institution of

higher education. Dies Natalis momentum is usually used as an appropriate way to bring

together or reunite old friends, and generally these meetings serve as a venue for

conveying a sense of nostalgic and event sharing experience, on the other hand that

profession, career and life needs of different makes it difficult to flow communication with

old friends. With the holding of the Dies Natalis event is expected to foster a sense of

togetherness ever felt in the past. Through this 33rd

Dies Natalis DTGPTK, we expected to

reconnect a simultaneous relation between alumnae that may have been interrupted as a

result of each of the alumnae have spread across the country following the profession

they had taken.

Through this 33rd

Dies Natalis DTGPTK also will be given the opportunity to be

able to give and share, and help another alumnae, students, faculty, or employees who

may be have some difficulties and troubles. Through this event, we expected not only to

be able to give something simple but also meaningful to alma mater and people who

needed the most. Therefore, ILUNI DTGPTK UI plans to hold the 33rd

Dies Natalis DTGPTK

UI with the theme "One Family Spirit to Moving Forward".

INTRODUCTION

ILUNI DTGPK is an organization that gathers alumnae of the Department of Gas and

Petrochemical / Chemical Engineering, University of Indonesia. ILUNI DTGPTK have

purposes that aims to help all students who will or have graduated in terms of jobs,

relationships, or another needs. One event that aims to strengthen ehis simultanious

relationship of this academic community is celebrating the 33rd

Dies Natalis DTGPTK.

The goal of this 33rd

Dies Natalis DTGPTK are very precious which is gives the

moment and opportunity to share and give, and appreciate the alumnae who had boast

the name of their beloved department, and it would be very useful if this event can be

realized.

OBJECTIVESFollowing are the detailed objectives of this 33

rd Dies Natalis DTGPTK:

To gather DTGPTK alumnae, lecturer, employee, and students from all over

Indonesia with the aim of establishing a sustainable relationship

Strengthened the simultaneous relation among alumnae, alumnae with the faculty,

and also the academic community, both of which still in charge and already

unemployeed.

Fostering social care, give a moment and opportunity to share, working together,

and also help each other in a large family of DTGP / TK FTUI and alma mater.

Appreciating the alumni or faculty who has been boasted the name of DTGP / TK

UI or ILUNI DTGP / TK.

Moment of alumnae to sharing information about the companies they work on to

campus and the student, such as job postings, OJT, etc.

b) Advertisement Materials

1. Sponsor has to prepare master logo, name, and all the things related to

advertisement materials.

2. If sponsor consists of many companies, space sponsor in every advertisement

materials will be divided based on the amount payment of each company.

3. The design, production, placement, and arrangement of all advertisement

materials is conducted by committee, except for materials provided by the

company such ascompanys banner.

TERM OF CANCELLATION

1. Cancellation made by sponsor who has already paid the initial payment, 50%

of the total amount already paid shall become the committee owning right.

Cancellation has to be informed 1 week after the signing of agreement.

2. Cancellation made by sponsor who has already paid a full payment, 30% of

the total amount already paid shall become the committee owning right.
