President and CEO’s Note

Greetings! I am pleased to introduce the Sponsorship Guide for 2016! The Crossroads Regional Chamber of Commerce has many events during the year that enable our members to market their business by either volunteering for an event, becoming a financial sponsor, or providing items for auctions or door prizes. The events the Chamber conducts are designed to support our business members by providing them with opportunities to promote their company to fellow members as well as consumers in the region and contribute to the quality of life in the communities we serve.

At this time of year many organizations are in the process of developing their budgets for the upcoming year. As you determine the events you are going to sponsor in 2016 I wanted to provide you with programs we will hold throughout the year. These a la carte sponsorships are available for members that have specific interests or promotional needs. I hope you find this guide helpful as you develop your budget for 2016.

Our Corporate Partner Program offers a streamlined approach to Chamber Sponsorship, while enhancing recognition and promotional opportunities. There are three Partner Programs to choose from, each with a varying price point. Depending on the level, partners will receive sponsorship recognition at all chamber events, have their company name on the Chamber letterhead, and receive complimentary reservations to the monthly membership meetings. Please see page 14 for more information about our Partner Programs.

Many of our sponsor levels are exclusive so I encourage you to determine what events you want to be involved in and return the enclosed checklist as soon as possible. As always, please feel free to call me with any questions at 219-769-8180.
