Sponsorships and Exhibitor Tables are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Upon acceptance of your application, checks are to be made payable to MITAGS-PMI and returned to:

Applications will be accepted until August 1, 2019 and subject to availability due to the limited number of sponsorships available. Approvals will be provided after receipt of application, and finalized once payment is received.
*No refunds. Please note that your sponsorship will not be prompted until your fee is paid in full. Upon receipt of this agreement, a confirmation letter outlining this agreement and invoice with payment processing information will be sent to the undersigned at the address noted on this agreement. It is understood that sponsors are responsible for providing MITAGS-PMI with all company logos, artwork and other materials for use with any sponsorship, and that all company logos are subject to approval by MITAGS-PMI.
