We are offering this high profile sponsorship on each day of the conference, so you may choose to sponsor 1 day or all days. We would require the same branding for all screens for the sponsoring company on each day of sponsorship.

In addition to the digital signage, you would have a free one page advert in the Post Conference News which is published later in the year.

Social Media Wall2019 Conference


You can sponsor the social media wall in Warsaw to get your name in front of all delegates who want to share their conference experiences with those not fortunate enough to attend.

There is an opportunity for 2 or 3 sponsoring companies to have their logo on the social media wall surrounding the screen. However, EphMRA will not be able to go ahead with this item if 2 or 3 sponsors are not secured.

The social media wall will be branded around the outside the screen and will be the ‘go to’ place at the conference to see what’s trending on Twitter. Included in this package is the following :

• Conference App banner, which will link to your website• Social Media post(s) on each social platform thanking the sponsor• 2 full page adverts in the Post Conference News (September 2019) and December News

Increasingly, conferences are giving delegates the opportunity to post on a social media wall during the event.

Large 4m x 2m banners in the main plenary/Agency Fair room



These rooms have always been separate rooms but in order to integrate the Agency Fair more into the heart of the conference, the main plenary area will be located within the Agency Fair.

The plenary area will be roped off and in each corner a hanging flexible banner will be positioned to mark out this area. These banners will be very high profile indeed and will provide excellent visibility for your brand name throughout the conference.

There will be 4 banners and each can be sponsored separately OR you can sponsor more than one! Each sponsor will get the following as part of the package:

• Social Media post(s) on each social platform, thanking the sponsor

• Full page adverts in the Post Conference News (September 2019) and December News

The conference App has been very popular the past few years, with downloads increasing year on year. In 2017 just over half of the delegates downloaded the App compared to 70% in 2018, indicating that the App is the ‘go to’ place for delegates to access important conference information.

In Basel in 2018, the average time that each App user spent on the App was almost a minute, compared with less than half a minute in 2017, which means that your company name will be visible on numerous occasions throughout the conference.

To reflect the increasing engagement with the App and to give companies more opportunities to get their brand name in front of their customers, for 2019 we are offering a couple of different sponsored options on the App. We hope that these ideas will allow your company to enhance your engagement with delegates.

Delegate Badge 2019 Conference


For 2019 the badge will be the same but coated for greater durability and there will be an opportunity for a sponsor to put their brand name onto the badge. This is a highly visible conference item and we think this will be very popular. One sponsor only.

Everyone has to register at the conference, so what better place to get your company name noticed than on the registration desk?

The lecturn panels in each room will be visible throughout the conference, so if you sponsor both items, your name will rarely be out of the limelight!

Large Branded Window & Revolving Door Stickers



This offers you a fantastic opportunity for all our conference delegates to see your brand name when they enter the hotel and the sticker would be placed on the revolving door, so they can’t ignore it! This is a very high profile sponsorship item, with only 1 sponsor. Included in this package is a free conference App banner, which will link to your website.

Large Footprint Floor Stickers 2019 Conference


You can sponsor multiples of 12 pairs of A4 sized footprints (24 footprints in total) to be positioned around the Conference Centre to help people find key rooms at the conference.

Your logo can be printed on these footprints in full colour.

A5 Notepads2019 Conference


Sponsors will need to provide 400 pads and arrange printing of their logo on the pad.

The pads will need to be shipped out to the Hilton Conference Centre in Warsaw and any excess shipped back by the sponsor at the sponsor’s cost.

There can be more than one A5 pad in the delegate bag and so it’s not restricted to just one sponsor.
