INVITATION

From 18th to 20th October 2017, the National Laboratory for Civil Engineering (LNEC) hosts the 7th International Conference on Engineering Surveying - INGEO2017. This Conference gathers surveying and civil engineering professionals that present and discuss new technologies, their applicability and operability in monitoring and safety evaluation of civil engineering structures. In addition to the technical sessions, invited speakers, from both surveying and civil engineering communities, present lectures on their own areas of expertise but addressed to both communities. Five top specialists in surveying techniques describe the new and also the most precise monitoring technologies, their strengths and limitations. Five top civil engineers present different types of civil engineering structures, their behaviour and monitoring needs.

INGEO is organized by the Department of Surveying of the Slovak University of Technology and LNEC in close cooperation and support from Commission 6 - Engineering Surveys - of FIG (International Federation of Surveyors). A few hundred participants are expected at INGEO2017, giving companies a unique opportunity for promoting their products and services at national and international levels. The Organizing Committee is delighted to invite your organization to support the success of this event, through the concession of a Sponsorship of INGEO2017, held at the LNEC Congress Centre, Lisbon, Portugal.

In this document you may access the terms for sponsorship programme, which, however, do not invalidate the offer of other forms of sponsorship, which can be customized to fit your requirements/objectives.

You can also participate in the Technical Exhibition, open to companies for presentation of their products and/or services related to the Conference themes. This exhibition takes place in the hall of LNEC’s Congress Centre, the core area of the conference venue.

Information on stands and Exhibitor’s requirements

STANDSThe Exhibition area is located in Congress Center hall, the main meeting point of the Conference, outside the congress rooms, near the reception desk and next to the coffee break area. Each stand has an area of 6 m2 (3m x 2m), and a cost of € 1 000 + € 230 (VAT).Cost of the stands includes:

– white walls within grey aluminium profiles; – pavement covered with grey carpet; – 30 cm high fascia board with Exhibitor’s name (lettering in black); – 1 power outlet 220 volts, 60 Hertz (2 pin plug); – 5 light spots of 100 Watts each.

Table, chairs and case with lock can be provided with an extra price.

APPLICATION AND REGISTRATIONThe final allocation of stands is made taking into consideration both the Exhibitor’s level (Diamond sponsors will be the first to choose) and, in each category, the date of payment.A receipt and a confirmation letter are sent to the Exhibitor upon receipt of payment.

SAFETYGeneral safety services in the Exhibition areas are available during the Conference. Small equipment (portable PC’s, etc.) are recommended to be locked in the stand whenever the Exhibitor is absent.The Exhibitor is responsible for his own licenses and insurance. Furthermore, the Exhibitor is responsible for any damage done by his staff to the building.

CLEANING SERVICESCleaning services are provided during the Conference.

SETTING-UP - DISMANTLINGSetting-up: Stands are delivered to Exhibitors on Tuesday 17th October at 10.00 am. Dismantling: All Exhibition material must be removed from stands on Friday 20th October, following the afternoon coffee break.
