Elnur Chingiz oglu Mammadli (Azerbaijani Elnur Məmmədli; June 29, 1988) – an azerbaijani judoist, Olympic champion in 2008. World Championship silver medallist in 2007, twice European champion (2006 and 2011). He appears in the weight category up to 81 kg (previously acted in the category up to 73 kg). In the world ranking - the third.

First Olympiad for Elnur Mammadli was the 2008 Summer Olympics being held in Beijing.

Elnur spent the final four fights and all of them scored an early victory, throws "ippon“.
