Sport in our life.Sport is very important in our life. It is popular with young and old people. Many Russian people do morning exercises and take part in sport competitions. Some people like sports, but they only watch games, listen to sports news. They prefer reading interesting stories about sportsmen. But they don’t go in for sports.

My idea about sport.

Sport takes an important place in my life. I think that sport helps people to keep in good health. Sport builds my character. It teaches me to win and sometimes to lose. Sport makes me strong, fast and patient. It teaches me about life. Sport makes men out of boys.

I like to be a star in sport! I like breaking my records and I like to win.I spend three or four hours every day – the whole year round - taking part in gymnastics competitions. I took part in the competitions in Vladivostok, in Blagoveshchensk and in Moscow . In fact, when the school year starts I spend five hours or more per day in the gym.

My father says that I’m too competitive. That’s right, I don’t like to lose. But, unfortunately, I can’t always win. For example, on 25th December 2011, I took part in the competition in Blagoveshchensk. Of course, I failed this competition and got very upset. My father supported me and said: “You'll be a Man, my son!” After these words, I work much harder!
