Notice for the usersDASTA products are made with the use of high techno-logy and long-term knowledge in this area with following development trends not only in Europe but also in the world. Technical level and the usability of arm holsters, accoutrements, and accessories used in arm forces, ful-fill the requirements for duty accessory.Material and production technologyDASTA products are made from nylon water-repellent material having high resistance against chafing. Hols-ters for handguns are produced using “trilaminate” or “sandwich“ technology. The “Trilaminate” is a double-side laminated foam epithelium “POLYFOAM” with upper ma-terial based on polyamide fibrous of “Cordura” type, and with inner material on a micro-velour basis. POLYFOAM is a foam epithelium with closed cell structure not ab-sorbing water.Sandwich is material with individual plies where the foam epithelium is replaced by the form permanent material with high density polyethylene PE 950 or PE 750 in dif-ferent thickness and rigidity level – first of all for duty holsters, or for accessories. The inner material – based ona micro-velour, is usually laminated with 2 mm foam ply. Majority of material used for production has the ISO 9002 Certificate for quality check.Treatment and products serviceProducts dont need any special treatment. Heavy dirty can be removed by brush and rubber wet out in com-mon detergent. Holster can be then left to become dry in a temperature around 40 oC. Dirty Velcro fastener or the damaged press rivet closures can be removed. By duty holsters, where the removable screw caps are used, it is necessary to check on regular basis their firmness.Assembling of arm holsters and accessoriesDASTA products create complete collection and it allows to put together any duty belt or shoulder set according to the need. Shoulder set can contain vertical, horizon-tal, combined, or break-out shoulder holster and particu-lar balance weights, or plastic standard or multi-function balance weight. Shoulder sets can be completed as one--side or both-sides sets with cross hinge KZ 40 or KZ 30 (width of belt in mm), with two one-shoulder belts or with net hinge. Combined shoulder holsters (and even belt holsters) and break-out holsters are for one side only.Order number and the system of products markingOrder number (sometimes accompanied by capital let-ter) mentioned on identification product label in PET pa-ckage, is composed of the following:• three places number - producers number marking basic model• number behind dash - modification of basic model – for gun holster means type of gun; for accessories it means different models or their size in one set (e.g. hand-cuffs holster, etc.);• letters after slash mean the following:“O” – both-sides holster“KZ 30” cross hinge and its width in mm“KZ 40” cross hinge and its width in mm“SZ” net hinge for both shoulders“TZ” tactical hinge“TZ-A” tactical hinge + narrow cover holster lappet

“TZ-B” tactical hinge + bride cover holster lappet“S” steel clip“V” Velcro fastener“P” POLICE“SC” SECURITY“p” accessory UTONUInnovation and new productsContinuous replacement of the used foam epithelium through new foam epithelium POLYFOAM 5050 having lower level of frothing, it brings higher firmness and sha-pe stability of nylon holsters. Replacement of press rivet knobs through products from abroad, having guarante-ed press firmness at least 4kp, improves the security for holster use. Increased use of “sandwich” technolo-gy brings higher firmness and resistance first of all for accoutrement and accessories for professional armed units. It allows also creation of new models for whole-co-ver holsters of the PREMIUM line connecting good cha-racteristic of leather and nylon arm holsters. In recent years we have strived hard to bring in some innovations and DASTA-LOCK casing improvement with an automa-tic safety locking system which is a Czech copy-right pro-tected utility design No. 14038 to have been registe-red in 2003. The redesigned DASTA-LOCK system is an elementary platform to the initial Czech plastic casings with a uniformed profile shell and brand new and original properties designated PLASTIC HOLSTER DASTA-LOCK which had been presented in 2006 for the first time.Total new for 2010 is the U S V – Universal frameless tie basic bearing element for a support systém of brand new design and properties. CZ pat. PUV 2009-21598.

Information for the usersAll firearms if improperly and carelessly handled are po-tentially dangerous to life and health.Before the use of the gun and the holster, we recom-mend to read these safety precautions carefully and ob-serve the rules herein contained:1. Use only the holster designed by the producer for the

particular gun model (per designation on the label).2. Use the holster in the way as recommended by the

producer (as belt, shoulder or concealed holster). Concealed holsters are designed to be carried inside--the-pants in such a way that the clip of the holster catches the belt.

3. Try every new holster and by holstering take care that it goes smoothly and it doesn‘t come to any unwanted or inadvertent move or shifting of any part of the gun (hammer, slide, etc.).

4. Don‘t carry the gun in the holster with round in the chamber.

5. Always keep your finger OFF the trigger when drawing and holstering.

6. NEVER HOLSTER A COCKED HANDGUN.7. Make the fastening of the holster by setting the VEL-

CRO strap in an individual way according to the need (according to gun type) in such a way that the gun is firmly holstered in a secure way and protected aga-inst accidental loss.Riveted snap fasteners must be closed in a parallel way against each other (on the side closure but not on its back side).

8. Exchange any damaged riveted snap fasteners or Velcro straps if necessary.

9. Use securing strap with holsters having dual retention.

Dear customers,Since 1992, DASTA is registered and protected trade mark and today this company is already traditional Czech producer. Its main activity is concentrated in development, production and sale of arm accesso-ries – first of all nylon holsters for guns, accoutrement and accessories for armed forces together with accessories for hunters.

DASTA history begins in 1991 with origin of the physical persons association with the trade name Dana Staňková-DASTA with successful and very dynamic development from very origin. In 2004, this associ-ation has been transformed into new originated company DASTA s.r.o. taking over the whole production program with continuous development. In 2007 new modern premises were open in Prostejov – the town with a long time tradition in textile and tanning production of Moravian region.

At present time, company DASTA s.r.o. offers for its clients around 300 catalogue items. Notice for the usersDASTA products are made with the use of high techno-logy and long-term knowledge in this area with following development trends not only in Europe but also in the world. Technical level and the usability of arm holsters, accoutrements, and accessories used in arm forces, ful-fill the requirements for duty accessory.Material and production technologyDASTA products are made from nylon water-repellent material having high resistance against chafing. Hols-ters for handguns are produced using “trilaminate” or “sandwich“ technology. The “Trilaminate” is a double-side laminated foam epithelium “POLYFOAM” with upper ma-terial based on polyamide fibrous of “Cordura” type, and with inner material on a micro-velour basis. POLYFOAM is a foam epithelium with closed cell structure not ab-sorbing water.Sandwich is material with individual plies where the foam epithelium is replaced by the form permanent material with high density polyethylene PE 950 or PE 750 in dif-ferent thickness and rigidity level – first of all for duty holsters, or for accessories. The inner material – based ona micro-velour, is usually laminated with 2 mm foam ply. Majority of material used for production has the ISO 9002 Certificate for quality check.Treatment and products serviceProducts dont need any special treatment. Heavy dirty can be removed by brush and rubber wet out in com-mon detergent. Holster can be then left to become dry in a temperature around 40 oC. Dirty Velcro fastener or the damaged press rivet closures can be removed. By duty holsters, where the removable screw caps are used, it is necessary to check on regular basis their firmness.Assembling of arm holsters and accessoriesDASTA products create complete collection and it allows to put together any duty belt or shoulder set according to the need. Shoulder set can contain vertical, horizon-tal, combined, or break-out shoulder holster and particu-lar balance weights, or plastic standard or multi-function balance weight. Shoulder sets can be completed as one--side or both-sides sets with cross hinge KZ 40 or KZ 30 (width of belt in mm), with two one-shoulder belts or with net hinge. Combined shoulder holsters (and even belt holsters) and break-out holsters are for one side only.Order number and the system of products markingOrder number (sometimes accompanied by capital let-ter) mentioned on identification product label in PET pa-ckage, is composed of the following:• three places number - producers number marking basic model• number behind dash - modification of basic model – for gun holster means type of gun; for accessories it means different models or their size in one set (e.g. hand-cuffs holster, etc.);• letters after slash mean the following:“O” – both-sides holster“KZ 30” cross hinge and its width in mm“KZ 40” cross hinge and its width in mm“SZ” net hinge for both shoulders“TZ” tactical hinge“TZ-A” tactical hinge + narrow cover holster lappet

Replacement of press rivet knobs through products from abroad, having guarante-ed press firmness at least 4kp, improves the security for holster use. Increased use of “sandwich” technolo-gy brings higher firmness and resistance first of all for accoutrement and accessories for professional armed units. It allows also creation of new models for whole-co-ver holsters of the PREMIUM line connecting good cha-racteristic of leather and nylon arm holsters. In recent years we have strived hard to bring in some innovations and DASTA-LOCK casing improvement with an automa-tic safety locking system which is a Czech copy-right pro-tected utility design No. 14038 to have been registe-red in 2003. The redesigned DASTA-LOCK system is an elementary platform to the initial Czech plastic casings with a uniformed profile shell and brand new and original properties designated PLASTIC HOLSTER DASTA-LOCK which had been presented in 2006 for the first time.Total new for 2010 is the U S V – Universal frameless tie basic bearing element for a support systém of brand new design and properties. Information for the usersAll firearms if improperly and carelessly handled are po-tentially dangerous to life and health.Before the use of the gun and the holster, we recom-mend to read these safety precautions carefully and ob-serve the rules herein contained:1. Use only the holster designed by the producer for the

particular gun model (per designation on the label).2. Use the holster in the way as recommended by the

producer (as belt, shoulder or concealed holster). Concealed holsters are designed to be carried inside--the-pants in such a way that the clip of the holster catches the belt.

3. Try every new holster and by holstering take care that it goes smoothly and it doesn‘t come to any unwanted or inadvertent move or shifting of any part of the gun (hammer, slide, etc.).

4. Don‘t carry the gun in the holster with round in the chamber.

5. Always keep your finger OFF the trigger when drawing and holstering.

6. NEVER HOLSTER A COCKED HANDGUN.7. Make the fastening of the holster by setting the VEL-

CRO strap in an individual way according to the need (according to gun type) in such a way that the gun is firmly holstered in a secure way and protected aga-inst accidental loss.Riveted snap fasteners must be closed in a parallel way against each other (on the side closure but not on its back side).

8. Exchange any damaged riveted snap fasteners or Velcro straps if necessary.

9. Use securing strap with holsters having dual retention.
