The new gym with high-quality machines of the brand „Technogym“ and a size of 150 m2 offers the best con-ditions to improve condition and strength. Equipped with a cardio area, a lifting area with machines and free weights, a cross fit rack and TRX nothing is missing for an efficient workout. Our coaches welcome you and prepare your individual workout plan for your holidays.

Additionally you have free access to our gym lessons with: aqua gym, stomach legs butt workout, back ther-apy training or circuit training.

The Sports and Reha DMA offers therapeutic treat-ments and massages. Our guests can book them di-rectly in the Hotel.

GYM

WELLNESSRelax and stress out in our wellness department. Finnish sauna and biological Ty-rolean sauna with fresh herbs from the mountains, steam bath and infrared cabin are free for use.All water lovers can jump into our indoor and outdoor swimming pool and relax in the Jacuzzi. Dreamer and bookworms can calm down and chill out in the rest rooms.

Take part in our gym lessons, which are held by our accomplished coaches. The entire year we offer back therapy training for a healthy posture, circuit training to stimulate the metabolism-circulation sys-tem, belly-leg-bottom exercises for a trained body and aqua gym for stabilisation of the whole mus-culature and a contemporaneous bone and hinge protection. Depending on the season we expand our program with ice skating, snow-shoeing, mountain biking, excursions in the mountains, rafting, jogging and gymnastic outside. During Advent time the lovely christmas market transforms the little town of Vipiteno into a gen-uine fairy winter tale. With handmade christmas decoration, the aroma of freshly baked cookies and hot wine in the atmosphere of a snowy win-ter day shows the most tempting and romantic side of Vipiteno and attracts a lot of guests from all over the world.

Try the 9.6 km long toboggan run. It was certified by the ADAC in 2011. It is qualified as the longest, illuminat-ed run in Italy. From the top of the ca-ble car you sled till the starting point in the valley.

Evening sledging fun If you like to spend your evening in a different way: on tuesdays and sat-urdays the cable car is opened from 7pm till 10pm in order to make use of the toboggan run by night.
