Career Athletes

At Career Athletes, this is probably our busiest time of year. Our career education seminars at universities throughout the country are in full swing. In fact, yours truly gets to make a quick run to Denver to give a quick seminar to the Regis University athletes while Marc heads to Florida (lucky guy) to present to Saint Thomas before he heads to the ERE conference in Miami where Eli will join him. DJ has been on the road conducting seminars, and I'm not sure when we'll see him again. Kim and Marti just got back from the NACWAA conference in Dallas and worked in a presentation to the Tarleton State athletes. On top of that, we just launched the new recruiter networking feature (more on that below), and our employer partners are trying to make the final push for the 2010 hiring process. Just like when it comes to selling a house, hiring slows down from about Thanksgiving until after the first of the year, so time is of the essence for everyone.
