MODERATOR: Alexander B. Kasdan is a Senior Managing Director at DelMorgan & Co. With more than 20 years experience in investment banking, corporate law and restructuring with firms such as Credit Suisse First Boston, O'Melveny & Myers LLP (formerly O’Sullivan Graev & Karabell LLP), Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP (formerly Battle Fowler LLP) and Schlumberger Ltd., and as a founding partner of Convergence Capital Partners, Alex brings more than twenty plus years of senior-level Wall Street advice to the middle market companies and entrepreneurs. He has executed over 100 domestic and cross-border transactions totaling more than $10 billion in overall volume in a variety of industries. Alex graduated magna cum laude from Middlebury College with a B.A. degree in Economics and Italian and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa during his junior year. In addition, he holds a J.D. degree from Columbia University Law School and has studied at the University of Florence in Italy. He is admitted to the Bar in the State of New York. Alex is a Senior Advisor to Governance and Transactions LLC, an advisory firm established in 2003 by Mr. James L. Gunderson, former Secretary and General Counsel of Schlumberger Limited, to assist boards, management and owners with corporate governance, compliance, structuring and strategic transactions.

PANELIST: Charles H. Baker is a partner with DLA Piper focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance and restructurings, with a core focus in the sports, media and consumer sectors. Chuck has represented buyers and sellers of sports franchises in the National Football League, National Basketball Association, National Hockey League, Major League Baseball, Major League Soccer and many of the European football leagues. Chuck has also developed specific experience representing investment banks and consulting firms on corporate finance advisory matters, including fairness and solvency opinions, and has lectured extensively on these matters to various groups, including the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Chuck has advised on a number of leading sports and media transactions. He holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School.

PANELIST: Michael Corrigan is the CEO of Foyle River Entertainment. He is is an experienced executive with more than twenty five years of extensive responsibilities in general management, operations, strategic planning, finance and administration in addition to serving on the boards of directors of both public and private companies, including as a senior partner at PwC Entertainment (youngest partner admitted in contemporary era), Media and Communications practice, Senior EVP and CFO of Metro Goldwyn Mayer Inc., and Interim Co-CEO of Sonar Entertainment. Mike has significant international and multicultural experience and is an accomplished turnaround and restructuring professional in addition to possessing considerable experience in new ventures. He is currently an advisor to a number of privately held entertainment entities and investors in the entertainment, media, sports and technology sectors. Mike holds LL.B. and BA degrees in Law from Trinity College, Dublin and Marist College Athlone.

PANELIST: Roy A. Salter is a senior managing director at FTI Consulting based in Los Angeles. Mr. Salter is the global leader of the Valuation and Financial Advisory Services group. Mr. Salter has extensive experience across a broad range of industries in providing forecasting and strategic advisory support, fairness and solvency opinions; collateral valuation opinions; ASC 805 purchase price allocation and goodwill impairment opinions; ASC 820 portfolio valuations for private equity funds, hedge funds, banks and other capital market constituents; ASC 718 incentive compensation and cheap stock opinions; and ASU 2009-13 revenue recognition for multi element licensing arrangements; intangible asset valuations and dispute resolution. Mr. Salter joined FTI Consulting with its acquisition of Salter Group, a leading independent financial and strategic advisory firm, which he co-founded and that specialized in providing business and intangible asset valuations, financial opinions, financial and strategic analysis, forecasting and transaction support covering a broad spectrum of industries. Prior to Salter Group, Mr. Salter served as a principal and managing director at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, where he established and co-managed the firm's global industry group practices, including entertainment and media, life sciences, telecom-media-technology and diversified industries. While there, Mr. Salter established and co-directed the operating methods associated with the firm's industry group practices. Mr. Salter frequently lectures on a variety of corporate finance topics. Mr. Salter holds an M.B.A. from Loyola Marymount University and a B.S. in business administration, with an emphasis in business economics and investment management from California State University at Northridge.

PANELIST: Lauren S. Petkin is a Partner with Kolodny Law Group. She has been practicing family law exclusively for 26 years. She specializes in complex and sophisticated matrimonial litigation matters which involve significant estates, complex custody and support issues, domestic violence and other restraining orders, and generally multiple aspects of family law litigation. Lauren also has significant experience in the preparation of prenuptial, postnuptial and cohabitation agreements. Prior to entering into family law practice, Lauren was a corporate lawyer at the preeminent New York law firm of Donovan, Leisure, Newton & Irvine and brings to family law many aspects of her transactional and resolution oriented background. Lauren is a frequent speaker on various panels involving family law and related business issues and was a featured recurring commentator on “Men’s Dugout,” KLAA Radio out of Angel Stadium in 2010-2011. Lauren hold a B.S. degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
