Where: Moray College UHI campus

When: Weekly sessions will take place 8am - 5pm on: 1 July - 5 July 8 July - 12 July 15 July - 19 July 22 July - 26 July 29 July - 2nd August 6 August - 9 August*

Cost: £130 per week, open to all primary aged pupils * Due to the Bank Holiday the Camp will run for 4 days this week (6 - 9 August) at a cost of £100

(discounts available for more than 1 child per family)

Booking Terms and Conditions• Moray College UHI cannot accept liability for children’s

personal possessions

• Coaching staff must be informed of the name and contact of the person who is responsible for picking up your child at the end of the day. Your child will not be released to anyone other than the named person until we confirm with the parent/guardian as stated on the booking form

• You must ensure that your child is appropriately dressed for the activities otherwise they may not be allowed to take part. Recommended clothing will be included in the welcome brief following confirmation of your booking

• Activities are subject to change according to weather, demand, programming requirements and other considerations

• Children are unable to attend without a completed booking form, signed by a parent or guardian

• Packed lunches and snacks are not included in the cost of the Summer Camp. Please ensure that you provide food and refreshments for your child

• Payment in full must be made at the time of booking. In the case of cancellation

• A full refund will be given if cancellation is made no later than 2 full weeks before the relevant start date

50% refund will be given for cancellations made after 2 full weeks and up to 24 hours before the relevant start date

• Moray College UHI does not accept liability in respect of person injury, sickness, loss or damage to property, unless caused by college negligence

• Any regulations which might be necessary for Moray College UHI to make in the interests of safety and comfort must be observed by those taking part

• As in all sports activities children are required to remove all jewellery. Any child wearing jewellery will not be permitted to take part in sports activities [children will be provided with appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required]
