• Sales Incentives – run for Three Monthso Bonuses/Commission Uplifts – to feature and close business with these

key industry providers

• Brown Bag Lunch Calls – Every Montho Informal / Virtual Water Cooler Sessions – no presentations

o Anonymity OK – no need to name customers

o Purpose – To facilitate solution development, dialogue, creativity, “what-ifs,” additional info…make it what you want.

GLOBAL CROSSINGCMS Sales Incentive

• Commission Increase

• 2% increase over standard rates

• For all sales activity generated

• Total of MRCs must exceed $5K, but retroactive to every dollar sold

• Combination of multiple sales OK

• For full contract term

• All paperwork must be completed, submitted, and accepted by CMS

and Global Crossing between April 1 and June 30, 2006

• Must be new service activity – not applicable to renewals of existing

services under contract through CMS

TNCICMS Sales Incentive

• New Business Bonus

• 25% Bonus of 3rd Billing Month MRC

• For all sales activity generated

• Total of MRCs must exceed $5K, but retroactive to every dollar sold

• Combination of multiple sales OK

• All paperwork must be completed, submitted, and accepted by CMS

and TNCI between April 1 and June 30, 2006

• Must be new service activity – not applicable to renewals of existing

services under contract through CMS

SPRINT/NEXTELCMS Sales Incentive

• New Business Bonus• $1,000 Bonus for $5,000 Total Net New MRC

• For all sales activity generated – both Wireless Monthly Charges and

Wireline MRC

• Total of MRCs must exceed $5K, but retroactive to every dollar sold

• Combination of multiple sales OK

• All paperwork must be completed, submitted, and accepted by CMS

and SPRINT/NEXTEL between April 1 and June 30, 2006

• Must be new service activity – not applicable to renewals of existing

services under contract through CMS

PREMIERE GLOBAL CMS Sales Incentive

• New Business Bonus• Multiple of 3rd billing month MRC

o $5,000 - $15,000 = 50% multiple Bonus Paido $15,001 - $25,000 = 100% multiple Bonus Paido >$25,000 = 150% multiple Bonus Paid

• Based upon the first month that billing appears, from April 1 to June 30• For all sales activity generated / Combination of multiple sales OK• Total of MRCs must exceed $5K, retroactive to every dollar sold• All paperwork must be completed, submitted, and accepted by CMS

and PREMIERE GLOBAL between April 1 and June 30, 2006• Must be new service activity – not applicable to renewals of existing

services under contract through CMS
