and TNCI between April 1 and June 30, 2006

SPRINT/NEXTELCMS Sales Incentive
• New Business Bonus• $1,000 Bonus for $5,000 Total Net New MRC
• For all sales activity generated – both Wireless Monthly Charges and
Wireline MRC
• Total of MRCs must exceed $5K, but retroactive to every dollar sold
• Combination of multiple sales OK
• All paperwork must be completed, submitted, and accepted by CMS
and SPRINT/NEXTEL between April 1 and June 30, 2006
• Must be new service activity – not applicable to renewals of existing
services under contract through CMS
PREMIERE GLOBAL CMS Sales Incentive
• New Business Bonus• Multiple of 3rd billing month MRC
o $5,000 - $15,000 = 50% multiple Bonus Paido $15,001 - $25,000 = 100% multiple Bonus Paido >$25,000 = 150% multiple Bonus Paid
• Based upon the first month that billing appears, from April 1 to June 30• For all sales activity generated / Combination of multiple sales OK• Total of MRCs must exceed $5K, retroactive to every dollar sold• All paperwork must be completed, submitted, and accepted by CMS
