Monthly Giving Program Offers Convenience...and a Way to DOUBLE Your Gift

Dear Friends,

This February, Project Angel Heart volunteersdelivered our 5 millionth meal! What started asa grassroots effort that fed 12 clients hasturned into a wide‑spread community program that provides meals to more than900 people each week. We wouldn't havereached this milestone without your support,so thank you for all you do for those we serve.

While this milestone represents a tremendousaccomplishment, we know that weʼre currently not delivering meals to all who needthem in the communities we serve. The recentstudy we conducted to determine the unmetneed for nutritious and modified meals inDenver and Colorado Springs confirmed this –the need for our meal program is 14 timeswhat we are currently providing. By the year2020, the need for home‑delivered meals isprojected to be 17 times our current level ofservice (see page 1 for details about the study).

While the magnitude of the unmet need is undeniably jaw‑dropping, Project AngelHeartʼs response is simple. Weʼre taking everystep necessary to provide nutritious meals forALL who seek and qualify for our service. Currently, Project Angel Heart is halfwaythrough its GROW30 campaign, delivering30% more meals over a 3‑year period.

We thank you for your unwavering supportand know that, with your continued gifts oftime and dollars, we can begin to meet thisunmet need. When you give to or volunteerfor Project Angel Heart, youʼre making a majordifference for Coloradans who are often facingthe most challenging time of their lives.

With gratitude,

Erin Pulling, MNMPresident & CEO

An Updated Look for Project Angel HeartAs youʼve probably noticed, Project Angel Heart has a new look!Weʼve undergone many changes in the last few years, includingcompleting a $7.1 million capital campaign, moving into a new, state‑of‑the‑art facility, and launching a strategic plan to increasethe number of meals we deliver by 30 percent by 2015.

With all of these changes, it was also time to refresh our visualidentity.
