ITS SHOWTIME!dim the lights and get the popcorn ready — the Seattle international Film Festival is back! This festival is the largest and most widely attended in the country, with 250 features and 150 short films from over 80
countries presented.
Starting on May 14th, this 25 day event has a wide range of genres, from travel documentaries to
comedies to art performances of all kinds. To view all of the film categories and learn more

on april 24th, Pike Place Market will empty out, as it usually does at the end of a busy spring day. But after hours, it will fill up with a new set of vendors for arcade lights, a yearly event that is host to over 70 local food and drink purveyors.
From cupcakes to pasta to wine, there is something for everyone to enjoy at this casual, one-of-a-kind event. each ticket purchase is good for a reusable glass and ten tokens, which can be used at your discretion.
all tickets sold will benefit the Pike Place Market Foundation. The early Bird ticket price is $45 – after the first 250 are sold, the price increases to $60. For more event information, visit pikeplacemarketfoundation.org.

We started our re-certification process last year with our tenant transportation survey and will be closing that survey out on March 13th. after completing this survey, you are entered to win an iPad air or Mac Book Pro! if you have not yet completed this survey you can do so

• There are multiple conference rooms in union Square and they can be reserved online.
• There are many amenities available to tenants, including secure bike parking, a shower facility and fitness center.
• one union Square was constructed first in 1981. Two union Square was completed in 1989.
• Two union Square is the third tallest skyscraper in Seattle.
• The 20' x 30' uS flag flies at about 300 feet higher than the top of the Space needle.
• The very top of Two union has lights that change color with every holiday and major city event.
• a concourse connects the two buildings.
• The arne Gillam Courtyard is named after one of the buildings' late and respected leasing agents.
• one union has 36 tenant floors and Two union has 56 tenant floors.
• There are 1,100 parking spots in the shared garage.
• The buildings were leed® Certified in 2009 and are in the renewal process.
• There are a variety of services available in the building, including a shoe shine, a florist and multiple restaurants and coffee shops.
• When the Space needle was built in 1962, it was the tallest building west of the Mississippi river.
• The last elevator arrived the day before the 1962 World’s Fair opened.
• The first Space needle Manager, hoge Sullivan, had acrophobia, a fear of heights.
• Two of the elevators travel 10 mph, which is equal to the speed in which a raindrop falls to earth. in fact, a snowflake falls at 3 mph, so when riding during a snowstorm, it appears to be snowing upwards.
• it is the largest observation wheel on the West Coast, standing 175 feet tall.
• There are 41 regular gondolas and one viP glass floor gondola.
• The Wheel was made in europe and the united States, and assembled right at the end of the pier.
• Take a late-night ride! The
Wheel stays open until 12am on weekends.
• it is open for public tours throughout the year. an adult ticket costs $12.
• There is capacity for 67,000 fixed seats, including 7,000 club seats, as well as an additional 5,000 seats for special events.
• The installation on the stadium’s north Tower is the work of artist Bob haozous.
• a special paint was developed for the field to easily switch between football and soccer field lines.
