Lot# 10 Cotton Quilt (Continued) The pattern of this quilt is called “Indigo Revival”, first introduced in 2013 by Moda, the leading retailer in quilting fabrics. It is designed by Polly and Laurie, two sisters who created the Minick and Simpson line, specializing in reproducing patterns of fabrics from the Civil War period of the United States. Quilting on one of the motifs The motifs of the fabric are each hand-appliquéd and reverse-appliquéd onto a square of background fabric before joining and the borders are done by appliquéing

the birds and trees individually onto a long strip of fabric. The batting used is also 100% cotton. The quilt can be machine washed, gentle cycle in cold water, and can be dried by either the dryer or hanging on a clothes line.

6. Spring Bazaar Cash Coupons will not be accepted as payment for this Art Auction. 7. The successful bidders are required to arrange their own pick up of the bid items

from YWGS decanting campus at 101 Castle Peak Road, Shamshuipo, Kowloon.

8. In case of dispute, final decision shall be made by the Bazaar Organizing Committee.
