immediately, it must be paid off by late January 2017, there are extended plans

Other Details
Participants will be able to select roommates.
Meals: Breakfast buffet at hotel Lunch usually at some type of food
court Dinner usually at a buffet restaurant
Communication
I will be meeting with the kids throughout the year.
I will send out reminders and history facts throughout the year; Worldstrides will be sending reminders as well.
Use the trip website There will be other meetings in
September; another before we leave to go everything.
Communication Part Two
I set up an remindme.com so group texts can be sent to everyone
Every kid will be given chaperone numbers on the trip; parents/kids will be able to call my cell phone on the trip.
Kids can bring cell phones. Kids will wear lanyards with hotline
number.

Deadline for signing up is mid-October; however, there are few spots left so you should sign up ASAP.
