SAQ courses are run in conjunction with Setanta College – the Institute of Strength and Conditioning. CPR/Defibrillator Training Time is the crucial element in surviving Sudden Cardiac Arrest (Heart stopping suddenly) and Choking. It is vital that people know how to perform CPR( Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and use an AED ( Automated External Defibrillator) an easily learned lifesaving skill. Disability Awareness Training This training will provide sporting clubs with knowledge on how to make their club more inclusive for people with a disability. The training will incorporate both the practical and theoretical knowledge on how to provide sporting opportunities for people young and old with a disability (all disabilities will be incorporated).
