SAQ - Speed Agility & Quickness TrainingSAQ TrainingTM is a system of progressive exercise and instruction aimed at developing fundamental motor abilities to enhance the capability of players and athletes to be more skillful at faster speeds and with greater precision. SAQ courses are run inconjunction with Setanta College – the Institute of Strength and Conditioning.
CPR/Defibrillator TrainingTime is the crucial element in surviving Sudden Cardiac Arrest (Heart stopping suddenly) and Choking. It is vital that people know how to perform CPR( Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and use an AED ( Automated External Defibrillator) an easily learnedlifesaving skill.
Disability Awareness TrainingThis training will provide sporting clubs with knowledge on how to make their club more inclusive for people with a disability. The training will incorporate both the practical and theoretical knowledge on how to provide sporting opportunities for people youngand old with a disability (all disabilities will be incorporated).
