How are the grants awarded?

All accepted proposals are evaluated against the same rubric.

The top scoring proposals are listed in order and sent to the Foundation Committee for review.

The Foundation Committee selects those to be awarded Foundation Grants and the remaining proposals come back to the URC.

Remaining proposals are awarded according to their rank until all the available funds are exhausted.
