The seasons change before our eyes,

Each season brings a new surprise.

The seasons change, they bring such joy

For every girl and every boy.

In Lithuania spring is awesome -

The birds return, trees and flowers blossom.

When spring is there, the world is new,

The grass is green, the sky is blue.

But what is the weather?

The sun comes up, up, up

And the rain comes down, down, down

But what is the weather?

It’s sunny, sunny, sunny, sunny.

But what is the weather?

It’s cloudy, cloudy, cloudy, cloudy.

And the sun comes up, up, up

And the rain comes down, down, down

But what is the weather?

It’s rainy, rainy, rainy, rainy.

But what is the weather?

It’s windy, windy, windy, windy.

And the sun comes up, up, up

And the rain comes down, down, down

But what do Lithuanian people do?

How do they feel in spring?

They work in the gardens, farms and fields,

They plant potatoes, crops and greens.

Or go outside and have some fun,

Have picnics and enjoy the sun

What can they see in spring?

They can see a rainbow,

They can hear the birds,

They can feel the sun,

When spring is there.

They can see the butterflies,

They can hear the bees,

They can feel the wind,

When spring is there.

They can see the cherry trees,

They can hear the frogs,

They can smell the flowers,

When spring is there.

Now you see what is the spring in Lithuania.
