Basic Design Structure:• Inner frame supports hoods interior liner and outer steel body.• Post fronts and side panels are keyed together for reduced

hardware and assembly time.• Frame consists of 5 parts total.• Frame ends are a formed universal one piece unit.• Most hoods use a vertical sliding counterbalance weight for the

sash.

Materials:• Steel – Carbon steel with a receives chemical resistant powder coated finish or

stainless steel• Preparation – Carbon steel go through a phosphate wash and receive a

bonderizer prior receiving the powder coating.• Stainless steel preparation includes grinding, buffing, and polishing of parts. • For finishes see color charts and for stainless steel we supply a number 4 finish
