The End of 2012- What happens now? £8 (non members £12)

BRENDAN MOONEY At the end of the Mayan calendar the world as we know it hasn’t suddenly come to an end, nor transformed, nor physically ascended as many imagined. So what have we actually entered into from the old cycle?

Through the knowledge stemming from the sacred texts of religious traditions along with the emergence of spiritual wisdom sources, we have entered the door to great possibilities. Now is the beginning of a new era of expanded and illuminated consciousness. We are moving beyond the old egoic thought forms of fear and scarcity into a new time of potential peace and healing. SARAH TYLER-WALTERSTonight Spirit will speak through Sarah, a trance medium, about the true nature of our energetic dynamic and its evolving reality. Everything is energy! SIR TOM LUCASLast year Tom explained how the emotions affect our physical bodies. An Evening of Angelic Readings £5 (non members £8)

AMANDA ROBERTSAn evening with a difference in which archangels, angels and guardian angels will come through with messages for some of the audience. Messages from the angels are given with love, expressed positively and assist us with our spiritual growth and development as well as personal challenges.

Amanda works with a number of the archangels including Michael, Raphael, Gabriel, Haniel, Chamuel and Uriel. The appropriate archangel or guardian angel will come through with a

message that is pertinent to the audience member at that time.

Her students will demonstrate not only their skills in passing information to members of the audience relating to psychical and material matters, messages from friends, relatives and pets in the next world, but also their unique and interesting way of doing so.

Gerrie March has worked for 25 years as a psychic medium in Great Britain and Europe, endeavouring to train as many psychic mediums as possible, to serve the needs of the growing number of interested people worldwide.

HOSTED BY ELIZABETH ROBERTSElizabeth’s students will demonstrate trance, giving information, guidance and advice to members of the audience relating to their lives in the physical world.

Elizabeth is a College tutor and resident trance medium who has worked with trance and her Spirit Guardian, Wong, for over 12 years. She also practices privately as a healer and therapist also offering clairvoyant mediumship.

Fundamentals of Energy Saturday 12th January

SHARRY CLARK This workshop introduces you to the Subtle Body i.e. the aura, chakras, nadis, universal energy and how they work together. The experience will give you a better understanding on a practical level of what it is like to tune in and sense your energy field. The workshop includes work on opening, closing, grounding and protecting. You will also learn the preliminaries of auric reading, psychometry and flower reading. The workshop is suitable for anyone who is starting out on a journey of exploration with a view to doing Psychic or Healing Development.

Sharry is a Medium, Clairvoyant, Healer and Tutor and registered yoga teacher with F.R.Y.O.G. She has taught development classes since 1993 and for many years taught healing in Adult Education at Morley College.

Spirit Awareness & Psychic Protection Sunday 10th February

JUANITA PUDDIFOOTDo you feel drained working with difficult or negative people? Are you affected by working with people who are sick? Are you sensitive to atmospheres and energies? Do you sense spirits and need a way to work with them and protect. You may work in an office with people who affect you negatively; as a health therapist working with clients who are a challenge to work with and exhaust you. We will look at ways to cleanse our energetic auric field, locate and remove unwanted energies such as anger, sadness, illness, and the energy fields of depression. We will explore practical methods for protection. We can carry both mental and emotional residues and act out certain behaviours that are not our own. We will explore how to change our energy systems to be more robust and able to deflect negative and unhelpful influences.

PSYCHIC DEVELOPMENT

All workshops start promptly at 10am; please arrive in good time to check in. Admission is from half an hour before the workshop commences. As late arrivals disrupt the opening meditations of workshops, latecomers may be asked to wait until the first tea break before being allowed in. Please bring a notebook and pen to all workshops, plus any other materials stated in the workshop description.

CANCELLATION POLICY: To reserve a place on a workshop, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. If the booking is outside the notice period (outlined below), a 3-day grace period will apply. Should you cancel during this period, you will be given a full refund. Thereafter, to cancel your workshop 7 days’ notice is required before the booked event. Then your payment (minus 25% cancellation fee) will be refunded. Otherwise payment is non-refundable unless the workshop is full and your place is resold. In that case, your payment, (minus 25% cancellation fee), will be refunded.

WORKSHOP TIMINGS AND PRICES: Unless otherwise stated all workshops run from 10am - 5pm and cost £65 for members and £85 for non-members per day, £45 for members and £55 for non-members per half day. A £15 reduction is applied for all full-day workshop and a £10 reduction on all 1/2 day workshops bookings made more than 7 days before the workshop date.

The Fundamentals of Psychic Development ~ Part 1 Saturday 16th February

SHARRY CLARK This workshop is based in traditional teachings and will encompass working and opening the chakras, cleansing, tuning in, protecting and closing down. We will work on the psychic level with auric readings, psychometry and flower readings. We will not be working on the clairvoyant level but working towards it by developing the lower chakras and understanding their uses before moving onto higher vibrations in part 2. Students must have completed Sharry’s Fundamentals of Energy Work workshop or have an understanding of how the chakras work

Mediumship bootcamp Saturday 16th March

HENRY CUMMINGSuitable for anyone with mediumship ability who is looking to gain confidence, fine-tune their skills and improve the quality and detail of messages and evidence. This will benefit anyone wishing to use their skills professionally and improve clarity when making personal life choices. You will be encouraged to push yourself further than you have gone before with your unique ability with plenty of support, motivation and mentoring. This day will really work your psychic muscles and get you fit to make sure you reach your full potential.

The Fundamentals of Psychic Development – Part 2 Sunday 17th March

SHARRY CLARK This is a follow up workshop to part one based on traditional teachings. The workshop is for students who have been working at the auric/psychic level for a while and have not fully made the transition to working at the clairvoyant level. We will be working on differentiating between the psychic and the clairvoyant levels and how to raise the vibration, recognise where the information we receive is coming from and how to relate it to the sitter. Students must have completed Fundamentals of Psychic Development Part 1 or have been in a beginner’s development class for at least 2 terms.

The Fundamentals of Psychic Development – Part 3 Saturday 23rd March

Tibetan Singing Bowl Healing: Aura Sound Bath Sunday 24th February

REBEKAH ARTHURSSuitable for those with little or no experience of the aura and little or no experience of playing a singing bowl.

Using ancient healing techniques used by the Tibetans, singing bowls will be placed around the body and played as a sound bath to bring about release, balance and healing. We will use sound vibration to communicate with the body intelligence to work on a cellular level as well as the spirit of the emotional levels.

This workshop will commence with a singing bowl meditation using aura and chakra bowls. Participants will be given a brief history of singing bowls and their composition, their resonation range and how this alters the brainwave frequencies. Participants will be guided how to play a singing bowl effectively for healing purposes. A demonstration of the appropriate placement of bowls around the body with be given before participants practice in groups, each taking it in turns to become healer and client, relaxing and absorbing the vibrations of the sound bath as it flows over and through them.

Healing Courses

The College of Psychic Studies offers comprehensive training courses for those who wish to become healers. The College course is accredited by UK Healers, and each student is bound by their Code of Conduct. This means that on successful completion of the Accreditation Course and an examination, you can practice as a healer in a wide variety of settings. In accordance with UKH standards, the College course takes a minimum of two years and consists of six modules of a term each. A new course starts each term and places are allocated after an interview with the tutors.

Students are required to attend all sessions and practice the healing techniques outside the course as required.

We recommend that, before starting any Psychic Development or Mediumistic work, courses in Meditation or Personal and Spiritual Growth are taken.

Our short introductory course (Intro) are a good way to explore your potential in different areas of psychic and spiritual growth, helping you to choose the path you would like to pursue in depth.

Each class is 1.5 hours long unless otherwise stated.

Most foundation (Fdtn) and all intermediate (Int) and advanced (Adv) classes will require an interview. Everyone applying for courses is advised that a commitment to attend regularly is essential.

Please be aware that full payment is required immediately after a successful interview to secure your place on a course. Ongoing students may secure their place for the following term.

We strongly recommend that students work withonly one course leader per term.

Students for trance classes must be at advanced level psychic development, unless referred by a College tutor. An interview is required for all trance courses.

PRIVATE CONSULTATION

It is the aim of the College to demonstrate sensitivity, mediumship and trance of the highest standard. All our consultants have trained for many years and are vetted on a regular basis to ensure standards are maintained.

However, please be aware that a consultation is a spontaneous process and the outcome cannot be guaranteed. For example, it may not be possible to make contact with a specific person in Spirit but others may come through with messages for the sitter. On balance, a good reading should help you achieve clarity and insight into your life situation, and enable you to move forward with confidence, empowered to make your own decisions. Sessions last for 50 mins.

Each term the College presents a variety of respected and well-known psychics, mediums and healers from all over the United Kingdom and abroad. While some visit us mainly to give lectures and workshops, we are delighted that many of them also choose to make themselves available for private consultations at the College. Sessions usually last 55mins. Please book early as places are limited. Before booking a consultation, it may be helpful to reflect on what it is you require from the session. Do you want evidence of survival (messages from loved ones in Spirit) or spiritual/life guidance? Do you need to see a medium or a psychic, a healer or a spiritual counsellor?

Most consultants allow their sessions to be recorded. The College charges £5 per CD. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own recording device.

CANCELLATION POLICIESTo reserve a private consultation or a place on a workshop/course, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Provided the booking is outside the notice period (outlined below), a 3-day grace period will then apply. Should you cancel during this period, you will be given a full refund.
