abs & glutes (45 mins)45 minutes of only abs and glutes … this class is sure to make you sweat! this intense workout will focus entirely on making those tummies and hind ends work like never before. non-impact and efficient, you will definitely “feel the burn” and be begging for more! this class is suitable for all fitness levels.

arms & abs (45 mins)similar to abs & glutes but this class focuses on the arms and abs! after strength training and toning the upper body, you’ll hit the mat (or ball, or Bosu, or…) for hard core abdominal training. Be prepared to make those shoulders burn and sculpt a more defined mid-section! this class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

boot camp (45 mins)Looking for a super-challenging workout? Boot camp is where it’s at! this class combines cardio and agility drills, challenging your body on all levels. expect sport-conditioning types of intervals, while using a wide variety of equipment. and although this class is a tough one, all levels can enjoy a great workout, as modifications are offered for all fitness levels.

bootY camp (45 mins)yep, that’s right … Booty! spend nearly one hour working those hind-ends into shape, using strength training, plyometrics and toning exercises. Booty camp is guaranteed to get your butt in gear, literally! this class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

cardio KicK interVal (45 mins)this is the ultimate non-contact workout: 45 minutes of cardio kickboxing, with alternating intervals of kickboxing-specific strength exercises and abs. fun music, easy to follow choreography and great instructors make this class a must for your weekly workout regimen! and this class is great for all skill levels.

core & more (45 mins)What is core & more? think Boot camp, minus the jumping around and running in place. We’ll take 30 minutes to strength-train every major (and some minor) muscle group with weighted equipment, and then finish it off with 15 minutes of abdominal-focused training. expect to use all types of equipment and move your body in new ways to really challenge your muscles and create some definition. core & more is a cult favorite from years past and is suitable for absolutely everyone!

Fitness Yoga (45 mins)this class moves rapidly through yoga poses and sequences, increasing your heart rate and challenging your body. using the breath to connect one posture to the next, expect to improve your balance and flexibility while giving your heart a workout and your mind a break. We’ll conclude each class with classic yoga stretching postures and a few moments of final relaxation. fitness yoga is a hatha style of yoga, following the principles of vinyasa, or “flow” yoga. it’s perfect for beginners and advanced yogis, alike!

FloW Yoga (45 mins)flow yoga moves through yoga poses and sequences, linking them together in a “flowing” sequence, to develop endurance, strength, balance and flexibility. through mindful breathing and self-care, the focus of the class is to turn your attention inward and adjust the poses to fit our own needs. this class is suitable for both beginning and intermediate yogis.
