“There are a few constants around our house. Like the fact that Tucker, our dog, is allowed to go anywhere, company is always welcome and gray is actually a color. I recently had a discussion with someone who tried desperately to tell me that it wasn’t. This season is my way of showing that nothing could be further from the truth. And, that where gray is concerned on the color scale, I’m keeping the faith and so should you. As a designer, it always feels like such an easy choice…I’ve been decorating with it for almost 20 years and you can just never go wrong. I hope you will agree.I’ve also recently been finding myself reaching more for Lucite and acrylic. Think ‘70s modern Italian, which is so chic. I love the defined shapes that you can see in the vases, lamps and boxes that I’ve included in this collection. Mixed with white and gold touches that soften things, it strikes the perfect balance...so fresh, and also decidedly happy.
