In the shoes we make, we can take the spirit of what Clarks is

and make this into a reality for all ages, through spring and summer 2017

and beyond. Our shoes have a sense of free-mindedness and liberty,

thanks to our designers. Thanks also to their craftsmanship, our shoes

have enhanced performance. We are not about fashion. The opposite,

in fact. Our shoes are contemporary and about setting you free,

rather than making sure you comply with the latest “new thing”.

We are 190 years old. At the beginning, Clarks made and

sold slippers. The Clarks Desert Boot became a mainstay in

the last century.

In the 1960s Clarks opened for business at the Empire State

Building. In the 50 years since, new ranges and designs, innovations

and technological advances, together with global expansion,

have seen Clarks become one of the most recognizable brand

names in the world.

Fashions come. Fashions go. At the same time we are still Clarks.

And Clarks should always be about the shoes. Our shoes; they

symbolize who we are. They set us apart from others. They

define us. They are what we do best. Now and in the future.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation request must be communicated in writing 30 days prior to requested ship date. RETURN GOODS POLICY: Clarks shoes are warranted against defects in material or workmanship under normal wearing conditions. ALL merchandise returns require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA). For up to 12 pairs you can obtain an RA by calling our Customer Service Department, for returns over 12 pairs, please contact your Territory Sales Manager. Unauthorized returns will be subject to refusal. Your authorized return will include an RA#, style number, style name, quantity to be returned and authorized return price. RETURN FREIGHT MUST BE PREPAID BY THE RETAILER. Authorized returns require Clarks return labels in order to expedite processing. Labels are sent immediately upon authorization. For additional labels, please contact Customer Service. Please do not co–mingle returns, each return requires a separate RA for each brand. Credit will not be issued for first quality shoes that are shopworn, creased, stickered or otherwise damaged by the cus-tomer; nor for worn shoes that are determined to have no material or manufacturing defect (No Credit Shoes). Shoes deemed “No Credit” will not be returned and will be disposed of by our Return Center unless otherwise notified in writing at the time of the return. Any shoe returned for defective reasons will be credited at the last original invoiced price. All orders are subject to Clarks’ Terms and Conditions of Sale, which can be found at www.ccnaone.com.
