1. ServiceCare Best Basic An all-inclusive service package which covers all items as prescribed by the manufacturer’s service schedule for the stipulated km reading and / or period of the contract.

The contract includes:• The labour to perform the service• The cost of all oils and lubricants for the engine, gearbox and axles• The cost of air and fuel filters

All new Sprinter vehicles come standard with a 5 Year/100 000km ServiceCare Best Basic contract, but you also have the option to extend this contract as per the options below:

The contract includes:• All items which are included in ServiceCare BestBasic • The cost of all repairs which become necessary as a result of normal wear and tear• Manufacturer’s Warranty• Roadside Assistance
