Spritzer Bhd is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company operates in threebusiness segments: manufacturing, which includes the production of natural mineral water,carbonated flavored water, distilled water, drinking water, non-carbonated flavored water,polyethylene terephthalate (PET) pre-forms, PET bottles, caps and toothbrushes; trading, whichincludes the sale of bottled water and other consumer products, and others, which includesinvestment and properties holding. Its subsidiaries include Chuan Sin Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in

the production of natural mineral water, carbonated flavored water, distilled water, drinking water andnon-carbonated flavored water; Golden PET Industries Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in manufacturingand selling of pre-forms, PET bottles, caps, toothbrushes and other plastic products, and Chuan SinCactus Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the distribution of bottled water and other consumer products.

Spritzer was incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1965 on 26May 1993 as Spritzer Sdn Bhd. On 11 July 1994, the Company was converted into a public limited companyand assumed its present name of Spritzer Bhd. The Company is listed on the 2nd Board of the Kuala LumpurStock Exchange.

Spritzer Bhd Group comprises four dynamic wholly-owned subsidiary companies, Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd,

Golden PET Industries Sdn Bhd, Chuan Sin Cactus Sdn Bhd and PET Master Sdn Bhd.The Group is involvedin the manufacturing and distribution of renowned products such as the Spritzer and Cactus range of bottledwater, MorningKiss toothbrushes and other plastic packaging items.
