 These license terms are an agreement between Microsoft Corporation (or based onwhere you live, one of its aliates) and you. Please read them. They apply to thesoftware named above, which includes the media on which you received it, if any. The

terms also apply to any Microsoft

• nternet!based services, and

• support services

for this software, unless other terms accompany those items. f so, those terms apply.

"ou may only usethese programs in con0unction with the software licensed here. f you do not acceptthe license terms associated with a program, you may not use that program.

• others have the right to modify it.

6. SCOPE OF LICENSE. The software is licensed, not sold. This agreement onlygives you some rights to use the software. Microsoft reserves all other rights.;nless applicable law gives you more rights despite this limitation, you may usethe software only as e5pressly permitted in this agreement. n doing so, you mustcomply with any technical limitations in the software that only allow you to use itin certain ways. "ou may not

• wor% around any technical limitations in the software3

• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, e5cept and only to

the e5tent that applicable law e5pressly permits, despite this limitation3

ma%e more copies of the software than speci4ed in this agreement or allowedby applicable law, despite this limitation3

• publish the software for others to copy3

• rent, lease or lend the software3

• transfer the software or this agreement to any third party3 or

• use the software for commercial software hosting services.

7. BAC8UP COPY. "ou may ma%e one bac%up copy of the software. "ou may use itonly to reinstall the software.

9. DOCUMENTATION. :ny person that has valid access to your computer orinternal networ% may copy and use the documentation for your internal, reference

purposes.

:. E;PORT RESTRICTIONS. The software is sub0ect to ;nited <tates e5port lawsand regulations. "ou must comply with all domestic and international e5port lawsand regulations that apply to the software. These laws include restrictions ondestinations, end users and end use. =or additional information, seewww.microsoft.com$e5porting.

<. SUPPORT SERVICES. >ecause this software is 1as is,2 we may not providesupport services for it.

=. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This agreement, and the terms for supplements, updates,nternet!based services and support services that you use, are the entireagreement for the software and support services.

10.APPLICABLE LAW.

-. U+&')3 S'-')*. f you ac6uired the software in the ;nited <tates, 8ashington

state law governs the interpretation of this agreement and applies to claimsfor breach of it, regardless of con?ict of laws principles. The laws of the statewhere you live govern all other claims, including claims under state consumerprotection laws, unfair competition laws, and in tort.

11.LEGAL EFFECT. This agreement describes certain legal rights. "ou may haveother rights under the laws of your country. "ou may also have rights with respectto the party from whom you ac6uired the software. This agreement does notchange your rights under the laws of your country if the laws of your country donot permit it to do so.

12.DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED >AS?IS.@ YOU

BEAR THE RIS8 OF USING IT. MICROSOFT GIVES NO E;PRESSWARRANTIES, GUARANTEES OR CONDITIONS. YOU MAY HAVEADDITIONAL CONSUMER RIGHTS UNDER YOUR LOCAL LAWS WHICH THISAGREEMENT CANNOT CHANGE. TO THE E;TENT PERMITTED UNDER YOURLOCAL LAWS, MICROSOFT E;CLUDES THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OFMERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON?INFRINGEMENT.

1.LIMITATION ON AND E;CLUSION OF REMEDIES AND DAMAGES. YOU CANRECOVER FROM MICROSOFT AND ITS SUPPLIERS ONLY DIRECT DAMAGESUP TO U.S. 7.00. YOU CANNOT RECOVER ANY OTHER DAMAGES,INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL, LOST PROFITS, SPECIAL, INDIRECT ORINCIDENTAL DAMAGES.

 This limitation applies to

• anything related to the software, services, content (including code) on third

party nternet sites, or third party programs3 and

• claims for breach of contract, breach of warranty, guarantee or condition,

strict liability, negligence, or other tort to the e5tent permitted by applicablelaw.
