PREMUDA

1. SCOPE

This provide instruction how to officially inform Vessel’s and Company Dept’s about new vessel’s contract.

2. RESPONSIBILITY

Ops. Dept. To strictly follow this instruction; To inform Master about next employment of the vessel; To inform Company Dept’s about vessel’s empoyments.

Chart. Dept. To give all necessary data in proper mean to the Ops. Dept.

Ops. Mngr.: To control that information are passed to the parties as requested in due time; To control that information are corrected.

3. ACTION

3.1 Information to Master

3.1.1 Spot Voy

As soon as Ops Dpt will receive confirmation and relevant information of vessel’s fixture from Chart. Dept., the Vessel’s Operator will immediately inform Master about principals details of fixture. Vessel’s Operator will eventually also send extract of special Charterers Clauses if considered useful and of particular interest for Master, in order to make vessel able to perform the employment at her best and for satisfying Charterers requirements.

Following are not voy orders, but only information of fixture and will be used by Master in order to know the future employment and to prepare, if necessary, Vessel’s equipment and documents.

3.1.2 Time Charter Period

As soon as the Chartering Dept. will finalize the Charter Party and all the relevant information and documents (Recap, terms, Charter Party) have been passed to the Ops Dpt., the Vessel’s Operator will immediately inform Master. As soon as the Charter Party is ready and cleared by all parties, a copy will be sent on board (by mail and anticipate by fax if particularly requested). Vessel’s Operator will use following message:

3.2 Information to Company Dept’s

3.2.1 Spot Voy

As soon as Ops Dpt will receive confirmation and relevant information of vessel’s fixture (as per internal procedure), the Vessel’s Operator will immediately inform all Company Dept’s about principals details of fixture. This in order to inform all Depts. Involved in the Vessel’s management and to give them possibility to organize operation and other, if requested. Vessel’s Operator will use following message:
