Ladies and Gentlemen,Dear Colleagues, Dear Friends of SCR,

With great pleasure the Congress Organising Committees of the Swiss Society of Radiology (SGR-SSR), the Swiss Society of Nuclear Medicine (SGNM-SSMN) and the Swiss Association of Radiographers (SVMTRA-ASTRM) welcome you to Bern in June 2017. The Scientific Committee offers a programme with plenary sessions, workshops, scientific sessions and satellite symposia. The opening session organised jointly by the SGR-SSR and the SVMTRA-ASTRM will be dedicated to the topic of cardiovascular imaging. A plenary session organised jointly by the SGR-SSR and the SGNM-SSMN will cover the current standards in structured and quantitative oncologic reporting. Furthermore, a joint session with the European Society of Breast Imaging (EUSOBI) will provide an update on typically challenging issues in breast imaging. The post-training course on Saturday will focus on common problems in abdominal imaging. Moreover, our industrial partners will offer insights into the latest technical developments. Without their support, running our scientific meeting would be challenging and we would like to thank them for their support.

On behalf of the organising Committee, we are pleased to invite you to Bern, which will provide you a convivial home for a few days. We are very much looking forward to welcoming you!

Sincerely yours,

Prof. Dr. Dominik Weishaupt Congress President SGR-SSR

Prof. Dr. Thomas Krause Congress President SGNM-SSMN

Ms. Isabelle GremionCongress President SVMTRA-ASTRM
