Substations are at the core of electrical Power distribution. More than eight years of experience in building and upgrading Air and Gas Insulated Substation around the country Srex have provided with expertise necessary to deal with all kind of challenges in construction of indoor and out door Substation, irrespective of the site conditions. We continuously participate in modernizations to major infrastructures throughout Country. SREX has extensive expertise and understanding of processes and related electrical solutions through wide experiences gained from various jobs. The electrification solution covers basic and detailed engineering, supply site management, supervision, erection, testing and commissioning of the entire electrical needs. We provide end to end solution ranging from incoming power supply to motor control centers and motors, main power distribution, electrification components and

cabling and bus trucking.

Ltd. is one of the leading service providers of Integrated Design, Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Project Management Services for Electrical Generation, Substations, Distribution, Power Plant and associated Construction project throughout India. The company’s EPC business focus on providing integrated turnkey solutions for Complete Electricals solutions. We have been executing contracts operation across ten states in INDIA, having major projects in Maharashtra and Rajasthan. We have taken initiative to focus on Power House Automation and Energy Conservation. We are developing expertise in Power Control, Networking, Automation and Power Distribution from concept to commissioning. SREX Erector India Pvt. Ltd. incorporated in year 2000 have over 75 full time employees out of which 80% are experienced Engineers. As a quest to one of the leading engineering company, we help our customer to use electrical power effectively and increase industrial productivity in a sustainable way. Our project manager can assume the entire responsibility for all phases involved in a turnkey substation, from engineering to commissioning. We reliably deliver optimized and economical solutions. The company has a reputation for strong engineering and project management skills and excellent track record for successfully completing Electrical Turnkey projects with Engineering value additions, Quality workmanship and total Project Planning and Control. M/s Boom System is our associate company to undertake Engineering and design activity. We have strategic alliance with leading players of equipment manufacturer. We intend to continue expanding our operations especially in lump sump turnkey (LSTK) contracts from concept to commissioning in diverse field. Our future Plans include focusing on growing export market for LSTK contracts in South Africa, Middle East markets.

• We have full fledged design team to carry out engineering for our various EPC

projects. We also add values to various electrical equipments being outsourced.

• We have in house capability for carrying out testing and inspections. This ensures the

trouble free quick commissioning and hence minimise the execution timings.

• We have requisite manpower, infrastructure and resources to address the challenges

at hand. We stress on continuous training and development for the work force to keep

them abreast with the latest in the industry. This helps us in maintaining best quality

standard and deliverable.

• The inventory is being monitored with help of PPC. Thus ensuring the full flow system

with close loop control. This also ensures the optimum utilization of recourses likes

man and machines.

• We have structured system for MIS for close loop feedback which helps us in

continual improvements of process and system.

• We plan to under take six sigma projects on various subsystems to improve the

quality and workmanship further.

• We have a strong base of repeat customers. We have almost 70 to 80 percent a

repeat business. We have vide experience working with Top institutional customer

Like NTPC, PGCIL, BHEL, L&T, and Areva. We also have extensive experience

working on 400KV/220 KV substations.

• We also offer O&M for the D.G base power plant and electrical utilities during

warrantee and post warrantee.

• We also undertake energy audits and offer suitable solutions.

• EHV / HV Business

1. We undertake complete switch yard/Substations Projects for 765KV/400KV/220KV/132KV/33KV/11KV on turnkey bases. We add values by providing complete engineered solutions from concept to commissioning.

2. The major customers in these segments are leading institutional customers like PGCIL, BHEL, and Utility Power companies.

3. We provide complete automation, SCADA, BMS interfacing, data management for substation /switchyard.

• LV Business

1. We undertake complete EPC electrical contracts for primary and secondary electrical solutions including substations, distribution system, cabling, bus ducting conduiting, point wiring and industrial electrification work.

2. We manufacture LV Panels –MCC, PCC, Control Relay panels at our state of art manufacturing facility.

3. We also manufacture Bus trucking up 6000 amps at out state of art manufacturing facility.

• Engineering Services

1. We undertake study of existing Electrical System and provide services for system improvements.

2. We undertake Energy Studies for an electrical system and provide solutions for system improvement.

3. We provide electrical consultancy for Recon Engineering and refurbishment.

4. We provide project management, system and document control, quality check for a timely completion of the project
