!SRFC at Sleaford Carnival Sleaford Carnival was a great success and we, SRFC made ourselves heard!!!Scores of people went along to Sleaford Carnival to enjoy some fun in the sun (and a little rain) on Sunday 13th July.!The day was packed full of entertainment, fun, sports, games and a colourful procession.!Sleaford Rugby Club attended by entering a float and a tug of war team. !SRFC's float was supplied by the clubs main sponsors Turnbull's and was covered in all things RED&BLACK by Mini's players, Junior's players, Senior players, parents and supporters. !The tug of war team was made up of Senior Mens and Senior Ladies players who did the club proud by taking joint second out of six teams.!For everyone that attended, put RED&BLACK on, handed out flyers and manned the float, thank you. And a big hand to Tim Schofield who pulled everything together.

Senior Pre-season Training
Senior Preseason Training is up and running every Tuesday and Thursday @ 7pm.
Get fit and ready for a big push next season. Sleaford RFC is open to anybody who might want to become a player or supporter of the club. Mens training is every Tuesday and Thursday @ 7pm.Ladies training is every Thursday @ 7pm.

!Clubhouse now serving food after training
Every Thursday after training a selection of Panini's and Wrap's will be available in the Clubhouse.
Not quite enough to take First, SRFC’s Tug Of War Team took Second place.

Pre-season dinner
The social event to kick off the season!!Tickets are available for Saturday 6th September’s Pre-Season Dinner at Ruskington Rd where players and supporters will have the chance to kick off the 2014/2015 season in style.!The evening will include a four-course meal and entertainment.!Arrival is from 7pm and costs just £25 per person, dress code is smart or formal evening wear.!Many people use these evenings as a good excuse to get out the dinner jackets and posh frocks but this is not essential.!To book or for more information please contact Angela Davies on Facebook or see her at the club on Thursdays during training.
Senior Inter club game
Want to make a impact this season, then start here!!Pre-season training has been running for a couple of weeks and is now in full flow.
The sessions have been attracting a good turn out of guys keen to get ready for the coming season.
The first real test for the players will be the inter club game on Tuesday 12th August, this will be the time for players to step up and get noticed.
Everyone is welcome, to play, support or just come along for the beer and free burgers after.
