● Amendments to CA 1965 by:

♦ Inclusion of subsection (6A), (6B) and (6C) to the

existing Section 11A; and

♦ Inclusion of the subsection (9), (10), (11) after

subsection 8; and

♦ Inclusion of two new Sections 11B and 11C after

Section 11A; and

♦ Gazette of the online forms for business and

companies; and

♦ Protocol for e-Lodgment (PEL): and

♦ Inclusion of Rule 17B after Rule 17A pertaining to

subscriber fee for business.

� Members of a prescribed body pursuant to S139A(a)

� Person licensed by the Registrar pursuant to

S139A(b)

� Individuals for the following services:

♦ Request for the availability of name (Form 13A)

♦ Application of Company Secretaries License

(Form 48B)

METHOD OF PAYMENT - 3 Types Of Payment:

a. Direct Debit

Bank Involved : Bank Islam, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Maybank & RHB.

Service Provider : Bank Islam Malaysia Bhd.

b. Credit Card

Master / Visa (all banks)

c. SSM Prepaid Account

Prepaid account is offered at SSM counter or through faxupon successful registration at PSP and SSM Subscriber

a. Individual AccountMinimum Initial Deposit : RM 70

Minimum Top up Amount : RM 10

b. Corporate AccountMinimum Initial Deposit : RM 500.00

Minimum Top up Amount : RM 10

Via Counter (OTC):

a. Fill in the required application form (provided by SSM).

b. Attached a photocopy of an IC of the applicant.

c. Submit the completed form together with initial deposit.

d. An account will be created upon approval.

Via Fax :

b. Fax the completed application form to SSM

(Fax No.: 03-4047 6337) together with the copy of the bank in

slip.

c. SSM will create an account for the applicant.
