What’s the difference?

How does SSWAT work?

SSWAT is a database of current and historical USAS data. The database is entirely separate from the school’s live data.The data in SSWAT is refreshed nightly so it contains all transactions except those posted on the current date.

How do I access SSWAT?

Contact you’re DAS to request a username account (This should be done by the Treasurer’s office).

Your DAS will set up a special username and password for each individual. After your account is set up, access the SSWAT website. It will prompt you for your username and password.

SSWAT CategoriesThe username created determines which district each user has access to and the category of data they can use:

ACCOUNT: allows user to generate account queriesVENDOR: allows user to generate vendor queriesTRANSACTIONS: allows user to generate purchase order, invoice, check and receiptsREQUISITIONS: allows the user to generate requisition queriesACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE: allows the user to generate ARF queries

Spreadsheet output capabilities: allow data from the current query to be displayed in a spreadsheet or downloaded as an Excel or delimited fileRevise query link: allows user to revise the current query without having to start over“Bookmark”able capability: allows user to bookmark a given query using web browser’s “bookmark” or “favorite” feature.
