Oración a San Miguel Arcángel Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle, be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him we humbly pray; and do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God, cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.
Ayuno y Abstinencia Durante La Semana Santa Holy Week Fast And Abstinence
On Good Friday, all Catholics 14 years old and older are to abstain from meat, and those who are 18 years of age but not yet 59 are to fast (taking no more than one full meal; two smaller meals are permitted to maintain strength but no solid food between meals). The church strongly encourages that the fast and abstinence be kept also on Holy Saturday until the Easter Vigil.

La Colecta Pontífica del Viernes Santo The Pontifical Good Friday Collection
Pope Francis has asked our parish to support the Pontifical Good Friday Collection, which helps Christians in the Holy Land.
Your support helps the church minister in parishes, provide Catholic schools and offer religious education. The Pontifical Good Friday Collection also helps to preserve the sacred shrines.
The wars, unrest and instability have been especially hard on Christians. In these times of crisis, the Pontifical Good Friday Collection provides humanitarian aid to refugees.
When you contribute to the Pontifical Good Friday Collection, you become an instrument of peace and join with Catholics around the world in solidarity with the Church in the Holy Land. For more information about Christians in the Holy Land, visit www.myfranciscan.org/good-friday.
