Session ThreePE - With Mrs Quinn❏ Online: with Mrs Quinn Game Skills with Mrs Quinn.❏ O�ine: Game skills - speed, agility, jumping, hopping.

1. Speed and agility: grab 5 pairs of socks or blocks, place them in a pile 10m away from you. Run up, grab onesock at a time and bring it back to the start line. Continue up and back until all 5 socks are back at the startline.2. Jumping: complete 10 frog jumps, have 30 sec rest and do another 10 frog jumps.3. Jumping forward: place 5 socks in a row 1m apart (see picture 3 – use socks instead of cones). With two feetshoulder width apart jump in a row over the 5 socks, turn around and jump back. Have 30 seconds rest andrepeat the activity another 2 times.4. Jumping sideways: place 5 socks in a row, 1m apart. Start at one end of the row, facing sideways, jumpdown and over the row of socks sideways, right side first, then come back jumping left side.5. Hopping: Use your row of socks. Start at one end of the row and hop with your right foot (1 foot only), allthe way to the end. When you turn around, hop back on your left foot.6. Game time: Have a hopping and jumping race with a family member or play a game of hopscotch.

· Draw a hopscotch design on the ground.· Throw a flat stone or similar object (small bean bag, shell, button, plastic toy) to land on square one.· Hop through the squares, skipping the one you have your marker on.· Pick up the marker on your way back.· Pass the marker on to the next person.
