Kit Ordering Procedure

The following guidelines are to be followed at all times.

1. Payments from Sponsors

If you have secured a Sponsor to finance your squads new playing-kit please email the Kit Sponsorship Agreement form, (attached) fully completed and return to Club Treasurer, Robert Baker ([email protected] ) .

Robert will raise an appropriate invoice to the Sponsor and payment for the kit.

2. Ordering your Kit

All orders should be sent to Louise Shepherd and NOT direct to HT Sports ([email protected])

Please complete the form in full in Block Capitals Ensure that the total number of kits ordered has an equal number of shirts, shorts

and socks and that all columns tally to the required number. All orders will be for HOME kits with SHORT SLEEVE SHIRTS unless otherwise stated. If you require ‘AWAY’ shirts please mark the Order Form very clearly in the NOTES BOX with

’AWAY’. It will be assumed that ALL AWAY shirt orders will be the Core Hybrid Match Jersey in True Blue/Yellow Cat No. 203848/203847’ unless you have clearly indicated otherwise.

If you require certain squad/shirt numbers tick the relevant box to indicate those shirt numbers, you require. If you do not want a certain shirt number leave the relevant box blank (i.e. if you do not want number ‘15’ do NOT tick that box).

HT Sports ([email protected]) (01727 843155) will contact you on receipt of your form to discuss sizing and offer you samples to ‘size’ your players. Your Kit will not be delivered until any samples have been returned.

Indicate the size of shirt/shorts/socks required to correspond to the shirt being ordered.

If you have a kit sponsor for your squad, please email a copy of the company’s Logo in a High-Resolution format as a PDF and this is sent with the order form.

Please ensure the order form is correctly annotated to indicate a Sponsor’s Logo is required AND this has been approved by the Sponsor.

Any existing /old team kit must be washed and bagged and returned to Club Secretary Ian Woods ([email protected]).

SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENTS

This agreement is between the Sponsoring Organisation (Sponsor) and St Albans City Youth Community FC (STACY). Sponsorship provides the benefits outlined in the Sponsorship Agreement for the specific type of sponsorship.

SPONSORSHIP RULES

1. All sponsors need to be approved by the Club Management Committee. The Sponsor’s details will be submitted by the Commercial Manager to the Robert Baker (Treasurer) at [email protected] .

2. For those packages that include kit sponsorship this agreement only gives a sponsor the right to have their name and logo on the kit(s) sponsored (if appropriate).Please note the kit always remains the property of the club and it must comply with the club’s official kit standards .

3. All sponsorship funds received must be paid to the club (Club Treasurer). Payments may be made in instalment by prior agreement.

4. Should the Sponsoring entity undertake specific activities during the period of the Sponsorship agreement which conflict with the club’s aims pertaining to alcohol, tobacco or gambling then the Trustees can revoke the agreement with the club will having no liability to repay any sponsorship money.

5. The club has a standard kit policy to ensure uniformity and consistency. All sponsored kit must comply with this policy.

6. All sponsor’s logo’s and names will be printed on club kit within the guidelines set out by the club and the FA.

7. The Sponsor and STACY are independent entities with respect to one another, and neither shall have any authority to represent or bind the other in any manner or to any extent whatsoever, except as specified within this agreement.

8. The Sponsor shall have the right to use the following terms in advertisements, posters, brochures, newsletters, etc.: “Sponsor* of St Albans City Youth FC”, plus Section or Event name, if appropriate. * or ‘Partner’
