Dear Parishioners of St. Ann’s and St. Patrick’s communities:, Christ is Risen! Alleluia! On behalf of our pastoral team, I wish you a Happy Easter! Another lent is behind us and we are again happy to rejoice in the Day of the Resurrection. The joy of the Risen Christ gives us hope and courage to continue on our journey of faith. I hope that you had a blessed and fruitful lent, while preparing with prayer, sacrifice and with the works of charity, for the festivity of Easter, it is good to remember that without the Cross and sacrifice there is no resurrection and life. Our Lord showed us this through His own passion and suffering. For many of us, this Easter is different from previous ones, as some of our community or family members are not with us today, but precisely because of this, the Resurrection of the Lord gives us hope that one day we will again be together in eternity with our loved ones. This is my third Easter as Pastor of this community, and I have to say that these three years have been a remarkable adventure in faith and of course, not without the Cross. Who knows what God has planned for each of us in the future. Our ways may separate, but what is most important is that we continue on our journey of faith. Brothers and sisters, we don’t know what is ahead of us, but as Billy Graham used to say “I don’t know what the future holds for me, but I know Who holds the future”. Also, as St. Paul once said in one of his letters “If God is with us who can go against us." May the good Lord bless you all. Happy Easter! Fr. This initiative can often meet clients’ need without requiring longer term counselling. Clients report a clinically significant increase in confidence that they can tackle their problems.
