Prayers for Fr. Armando and his Family

Fr. Armando is still in Colombia, to comfort his very sick mother who is still in the hospital, in critical care. We offer our prayers for his family. He is tenta-tively scheduled to return on November 26, 2015.

Welcome Fr. Carlos Barbosa!

We would like to give a warm welcome to Fr Car-los Alberto Do Carmo Barbosa, c.s. a newly ordained priest, originally from Brazil. Fr Carlos speaks Portu-guese and is very fluent in Italian and Spanish. He has been assigned to serve our Parish as a vicar. We wish him a fruitful ministry among the different ethnic com-munities of St. Anthony’s.

Es indispensable inscribirse previa-mente en el despacho parroquial en horas de oficina. Se debe traer una copia del certificado de nacimiento del niño. NO ESTÁ PERMITIDO INSCRIBIR A LOS NIÑOS EN LA MISMA NOCHE DEL CURSO. Los padrinos de bautismos deben ser católicos y mayores de 16 años.

RIFA PRO-NUESTRA SEÑORA DE GUADALUPE: se están vendiendo los boletos para la fiesta de Nuestra Seño-ra. El valor es $5,00 con derecho a ganar tres premios: 500, 300 y 200 dólares en efectivo. La rifa se realizará el día 12 de diciembre después de la celebración. CENA DE ACCIÓN DE GRACIAS: ésta cena será de traje. La misa de acción de gracias será el miércoles 25 a las 7:00 pm.
