Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program for Businesses & Individuals
Did you know that businesses & now you as an individual can redirect your tax dollars toward valuable tuition assistance for our
qualified students at St. Ephrem School? In addition, EITC provides a significant tax advantage for businesses/individuals. EITC allows PA business owners to receive a 75% credit for a 1
year commitment or 90% credit for 2 years by directing their state tax dollars to a designated scholarship organization: Business
Leadership Organized for Catholic Schools (BLOCS) or Foundation for Catholic Education.
EITC is not just for businesses anymore! Individuals with a state tax liability can now join a Special Purpose Entity (SPE) to take
full advantage of the PA EITC program. The individual can gain a 90% tax credit for a 2-year commitment & use the credit for

Elvis Presley was not only seen, but photographed, with 2 Parish leaders on June 8th
at the Bensalem Country Club. Sr. Mary Jane Bransfield and Fr. Katziner were attending
the Senior Citizen end of year luncheon when Elvis showed
his face and sang some familiar songs.
He looked pretty good for being reported dead since 1977.
