We will mail you a confirmation notice upon receipt of your application and payment. 

Please read and sign below the terms of this contract.

Crafters & Vendors must supply their own tables, canopies, tents etc. Canopy weights (40 pounds per leg) must be attached to vendor canopies at all times. There is no outside power. St. Gregory’s will not be responsible for loss of any kind, or any personal injury you or any assistant

may experience while exhibiting on its property.  Where applicable, you are responsible for collecting and reporting Connecticut sales tax.  Spots are assigned prior to the fair. If you cancel; conditional partial refunds on whether your spot is resold will be determined by St. Gregory’s Church. Event is held rain or shine! In event of rain and/or horrible weather, closing will be discussed with crafters & vendors. St. Gregory’s Church will make the final decision. There are no refunds or partial refunds if

the event is not well attended due to conditions or weather threats; or closing due to inclement weather. Overnight security will be provided. All product categories must be listed on the application. 

No vendor may sell food, drinks, or bottled water of any kind.

NO EARLY PACK UP ALLOWED. I agree to be present with full display while the fair is open.Vehicles will be parked in a designated area. Vehicles will not be allowed on the event field until

closing time. Set up will be allowed on Friday, May 19th from 3:30PM to 8:00PM. All set up and cars moving to the parking area must be completed by 9:30AM Saturday morning.

Standard Rules:All work and displays must stay within designated space. No boxes, extra merchandise or debris

should be visible. Tents and canopies must be weighted. Spot area must be kept clean throughout the event and left spotless afterward.
