COVID Protocols Any changes to COVID protocols will be published in the Parish Newsletter or communicated via Flocknote. Indoor Liturgies: We are requesting that masks be worn at all times in the church. There are no restrictions on social distancing or seating limits. Parish Office: Parish office hours are from 8:30am - 12:30pm, Monday through Friday. Everyone (employees, volunteers, and visitors) must sign in. The sign in sheet is located in the Narthex, just outside the parish office. All volunteers who work in the building should check with office staff for proof of vaccination and mask requirements. Your cooperation is appreciated. Meetings: Indoor, in-person meetings and gatherings may resume. Meetings must be scheduled and approved in advance by contacting the parish office. With the ongoing construction, meeting space is severely restricted. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. The health of everyone in our community is our primary concern. The MAP Project Survey

Thank you to everyone who completed this very important survey for our parish. We had an overwhelming response and truly appreciate the time everyone took to complete it. The results will be shared with us in Spring of 2022.

Knights in Action—November 2021

The St. Ignatius of Antioch Knights of Columbus have formed an Ad Hoc Safety Committee to inform our parish and the local community on what the Knights are doing and the projects we are involved with. We feel it is important to share what our goals are and to encourage everyone to be informed. By being informed, it allows our parishioners and the community to make any suggestions on issues that you feel need to be addressed. Again, our focus is safety and the health and well-being of all. Today, you will be hearing about our Contra Loma Cleanup. As some of you may be aware, for the past approximately three years, the Knights have taken steps to support our city by conducting the Contra Loma street cleanup. Twice a month members from our Knights Council walk the boulevard to pick up trash in the gutter, sidewalk, and at times adjacent properties. Every Saturday that we venture out, we can expect 10-12 large industrial plastic bags to be filled with everything and anything you can imagine including hazardous waste such as paint, motor oil, and trash. We also have cleaned up car parts, air conditioners and yes along with the trash numerous face masks these past two pandemic years. We hope that by our visibility that residents of Antioch take a stand and encourage others to take part in the health and safety of our community. We encourage other local churches and civic organizations to join us in helping keep our city clean by starting their own cleanup program.
